I did not sign a contract for my apartment. All I have are receipts for my first month of rent and the caution fee/security deposit of equal amount.

I was told they'd come by in a few days after I moved in to get the contracts signed, but it's been a month. The contracts weren't available yet and it was a "take it or leave it" thing since it was last minute and I desperately needed a place.

The apartment was in late stages of being renovated and I was told there would be a washing machine and security cameras would be put up but after staying here a month there is no sign or effort to do such. Even the landlord says "I don't need to. I can do what I want".

And lastly, there was no air conditioning. Electrical was already set up so I put my own.

I want to move out of the apartment but is there a way to do so without any financial loss on my part, seeing as how I didn't sign anything.

I'm looking for a guitar $300.

It can either be an electric-acoustic(cutaway) or an acoustic that's not a dreadnought.

I'm not really attracted to their size. I plan on playing on electric but I want a smaller sized acoustic to practice on meanwhile since it's more convenient.

I've never used Amazon before, I'm about to sign up. Anyway I wanted to know if I can buy an item and let amazon ship it to someone else. Does this person have to sign or something? Does their name need to be mine? o.0

I'm looking for something around the $200 price range, I may even go up to $300. The only things I'm really looking for is; a solid top and a cutaway.

I'm a beginner, I aim to move on to electric after but I rather learn with an acoustic first.

I already have an amp, so I'm thinking it would be nice if I got an electric acoustic instead of an acoustic. As I don't intend to stay with an acoustic guitar that long I mainly want one that looks nice...and is also good?

They're both electric acoustic. altomusic is the only place that has the Takamine this cheap, It's $250 on one and over $400 on most other sites. Ibanez is the same everywhere though. Is buying the Takamine a better deal, or is something wrong with this one? I'm leaning towards it because it looks great and the supposed savings. I have some basic knowledge, I'm a beginner so knowing nothing about guitars, I'm asking which should I get?

Does the semi acoustic sound as good as an acoustic or the acoustic when unplugged? Is its sound as good as a regular electric when plugged in?

I'm mostly starting out, still learning.. I already have an electric guitar, but I want to try playing with an acoustic (but I like the idea of plugging it in)

I mainly want to get the hang of chords andscales and play some songs, but I wanna head to metal later, which is better?
