Ive been studying AVL tree rotations for when a avl tree becomes unbalanced we are required to balance it again. There are single rotations and double rotations. I do not understand the term when they say left rotation, right rotation etc... Visually I cannot see this, can someone please explain this as I've tried searching it up and the tutorials are horrible.

I left pasta overnight on the counter but it was sealed in a zip container, i put it back in the fridge just now but it is safe to eat at a later time?

I dropped a bunch of bread on a dirty floor, for no more than 5 seconds. I know that it is still contaminated, but would it be considered safe to eat if i heat it up in the microwave for half a minute?
