The whole night we slept on my bed, he didn't lay a finger on me.

Im thinking he had sex with someone before coming over.

If not, why wouldn't he touch me?

We are friends first. Both attracted to each other.

He rarely text me now. We can go a week without texting each other. He doesn't take me out anymore. He didn't even call me on valentines day. I know right there it can be obvious he's talking to someone else. I asked him and he said no. His excuse was work. That he works too much. I also don't know if i should believe him cause when we do hang out, once a week or once every other week, he'll say "damn i miss you a lot, i love you, you're so beautiful". He even said he wanted us to date but he was afraid that i was going to leave for school.

I just hate how he give me these signals that he's into me but then act fishy (like not text me back or not even texting me happy valentines day!),

Do you think he's talking to another girl? And please tell me why (even though i probably know the answer to my question i just need to hear it from other people).
