  • OK so I have a question about My 19 month old and a divorce?

So I am divorcing my husband who can't seem to let go of his mother. He was out of a car and was using his parents car (he lives with them now) so I thought that as his wife I would give him my car and get another car. Well he still lived with his parents while using my car and I wanted him to come down and see his son cause he had the car for a week and a half and didn't come see his son. So that wednesday he came to see his son. So I am getting a house (my grandma's old house) and all we have to pay is the Electric, cable, gas, and renters insurance. So I asked him if he was gonna come and live with his family and he hesitated and come to find out he did want to move in with his WIFE (ME). Now also he lied to me about having a brain tumor (he told me he had one and he doesn't), if he lies about that who knows wat else he will lie about . I want his to sign over his parental right from our child and I will not make him pay child support. I mean cause what if something happens to my child while in his care and he either lies to me about it or he doesn't tell me @ all. For example: he has another child and they got into a car accident coming from church well he didn't tell the child's mother because he said that she doesn't need to know. Now how mature was that (just talking about it makes me mad)? Am I doing the wrong thing by asking him to sign over his rights?

  • Ok I have a question about a VBAC?

My husband and I are trying to plan to have another child when our son is three (he is currently 14 months). I had a c-section with him because I couldn't dilate past 5 cms. I want to know if it would be possible to have a VBAC? Does weight have anything to do with anything because I am currently trying to loose @ least 50 pounds? Has anyone ever experienced this before?

  • What would you do in this situation?

Ok. So his father and I are married but separated at the time. Well, his father lives with his parents. Well my son's father is invited to his party but his parents are not due to things that have happened in the past. Well his father doesn't want his parents to see the invitation because she doesn't want to hear what they have to say, well I told him that if he would like to tell them to call me and I will explain to them why they are not invited. Do you think that it is wrong for me to have to tell his parents or should he have to explain to his parents the reason. His parents even hate the fact that we are trying to fix our marriage. They are like why do you want to go back to her and stuff like that. Also I think that his parents are in his way, because right now he has to use thier car because his car needs a new motor in his car. What wouild you do in this situation. Ok and then his parents kick me and my son outta their house, and if it wasn't for my parents we would be homeless.

  • Should I let them be in my son's life?

The father of my son and I are not together. He is on chid support and has no license because of backed up child support payments, well his parents have to drive him to other places but work. When it is time for him to come see his son on Sunday's if they don't want to bring him then they don't and he hasn't seen his son in 5 to 6 weeks. They don't even worry about my child but they worry about their other grandchild. They provide for his other child but when it comes to my son it is like they treat him like a little orphan child. I am so fed up with this at this moment in time I am thinking about cutting them out of my child's life forever. I mean they don't come see him, they don't call and ask about them, they don't do anything. What should I do? Do you think that I am being selfish?
