I am going to make a travelogue based on a travel story of 14 people going to the great himalayas. The location is on the altitude of 18,000 ft. Risk factors are high & the temperature in the nights goes less than -10 degree celcius.

My camera person is ready to go there and work. But I want to make him sign a contract letter. No Idea how to start. Can anyone help me for this?

The letter must include the copyright of the footages collected. We won't bear insurance too, neither personal nor camera's.

Tips appreciated.

I am planning to shoot a travelogue in this July. I know the tentative budget of my movie is around USD 10,000. But I have to write that & elaborate the details. Can anyone kindly guide me or send me the link which can teach me about budgeting documentary movies?

I've participated in a photo contest. The criteria is pretty simple, the pic is being uploaded on facebook page. The highest no. of likes decides the winner. 1 Like = 1 Vote. Can anyone give me tips to get the highest no. of likes on facebook. I've really less no. of friends in my friendlist.
