im 14 years old, 5' 7, i weigh around 130-135 pounds depending, and i hate how my body looks. i have love handles, not that big but they are still there and my thighs are big to me too i wear a size seven or nine jean. i just want to be able to feel comfortable in my body and to be able to wear whatever i want without hiding my stomach and im hoping by the summer time or before then i will have a nice body to be comfortable in so what can i do to help me lose some weight and tone my body like exercises and how many days a week i should workout and how much i should eat how much water etc.

more than 2 and a half weeks ago was my 13th birthday. and i still dont have my period. and it smells fishy down there is this normal if i dont even have a period yet? and im expecting my period to come soon.
