A silly basic Q that ive never thought about until now lol but is a laptop cpu fan supply pumping out around 1volt on a 5volt fan during boot up working ok? Are most lappy fans voltage controlled and therefore lower voltage during low activity/temps?

A silly Q, but i have a 1 to 10 cd dupliclicator tower. Would it be possible to change all the drives for DVD drives and use it as a dvd duplicator? Or is the internal hardware strictly for cd?

I know most programs such as convertx to dvd and the like, allow you to make a basic menu for your dvd using their templates, but, is there any software where a beginner can use a WYSIWYG style menu builder just like the webpage creators with auth/burning possibly included??
