I need to get over my breakup ..he works with me and i really need to move on !!Help me please with logic answers as well

what does it mean that when i tell my bf he needs to move forward with the relationship because my parents are always on the track of wanting me to meet grooms and stuff like that..I wanted him to propose because I would be lost from him at any minute...and that would really hurt me before him..he didn't do anything and he said he needed more time to think..we've been through alot of things together and i don't feel like he needs more time..i mean i'm the girl and I should be the one that would worry from getting married..what is he thinking of?

I need idea's of birthday gifts for my boy friend..i'm also taking him out to a nice italian sea food restaurant...but there has to be a gift..:)helpp helpp hehe

my guy always cuts everything short with me when he's upset about anything (doesn't have to do anything about me)..i feel bad cause i feel i'm not part of his life..and that he doesn't like to involve me in his issues..now on the other hand when he's upset he doesn't feel good when i hang out with my friends and that i hang out everyday...is he being mean???
