I had my canine toot extracted it's been 15 days and there is still a little bit of bleeding along the gums in my neighboring teeth everyday and now I'm experiencing new pain underneath my jaw and the extraction site feels numb please don't tell meveryone go check the surgeon I have an appointment in 2 day with him I want to know your opinion and experience

So i haven't went to my orthodontist for almost 2 years because i am suppose to get a tooth extracted, but due to financial problems i couldn't. Now time has passed i can afford to get it removed. I went to visit my orthodontist and he said he needs to start all over again, and he wants me to start a new plan. I had already paid off in full of my original plan which cost like 4 grand, and i paid it off already, and now he wants me to start another one, his excuse was that a lot of things change in a course of 2 years and he has to start all over again, and this time i have to pay 5 grand if i want to get my teeth straightened. Now i am stuck with these braces that they refuse to work on, I'm in California, so what kind of actions i can or should i take.
