I have a toshiba satellite. After about 20 minutes of use my computer slows down then just freezes. I restart it and it is fine. I updated some things and used the dish clean up please help I really need my computer thanks. I also have Windows 7, i think.

I am a newbie in volleyball. I played here and there in gym so I pretty much know the game and I also did some research. However this is my first time playing a team sport. I normally run track and field. I am used to be independent. My big question is how can I prepare? The tryouts are August 15th. The coach said that he will examine us on basic stuff such as athleticism (Push ups etc.), sprints (I got that down since I am a sprinter) and basics in volleyball. I plan to buy my own volleyball. My friend did volleyball last ear and she said that she would help me out. So i want to know how can I mentally and physically prepare for this sport? .

I have been playing the violin for 7 months and my teacher gave us canon in d. It not the actual one, it is a little different but it contains the famous 16 notes in it. Hopefully you know what I am talking about. I have pretty much got the hang of it. My question is how long did it take for you to master canon?

Ok I am in dance class, and we need to make a dance. I would like to do a mix of jazz and ballet. I already have a song. This is where you come in. The dance has to be a minimum of 4 by 8 counts ( i think that is what you call it. It is like the beat. ex. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8.) I want to do the maximum of 8 by 8 counts totaling 64 counts I believe. I have two questions. 1) How long is a slow 64 count?

2)What is the proper term for the counts?
