If I play antient gear drill whilst I already have a geartown on the field, could I search for another Geartown to destroy the one already there?

Me and my friend have decided to start putting together a multi battle team which we plan to use at this years vgc as it is likely we will be unable to join like last year. Unfortunately in HGSS you could not do flat battle multi battles which means all pokemon need to be level 100. Getting pokemon to level 100 is really painful (I'd know, I have 30 level 100s) and we don't know if we have enough time to each get 30. In Pokemon black and white are there flat multi battles?

I recently had the luck of obtaining a very good pineco through a lot of chain breeding (I don't RNG).

It is relaxed nature (+Def -Spd) and has the following IVs:

Hp:31

Atk:31

Def:31

SAtk:0

SDef:31

Spd:31

These Ivs are near perfect on a forretress. Usually I tend to make my own ev spreads and movesets but as this one is so good and I also have some quite good spares I have decided to use a smogon set for a change.

The set recommends 252 HP / 112 Atk / 144 Def and the following movepool:

~ Spikes / Toxic Spikes

~ Rapid Spin

~ Gyro Ball / Payback

~ Earthquake / Explosion

I have decided to run explosion over earthquake and toxic spikes over spikes.

However, here is my question. With 31 ivs in speed even with a negative nature is gyro ball worth it or I should I use payback? Usually I would go gyro ball because payback is mainly for ghosts and most ghosts are specially based and force this forretress set to switch but I want to know your opinion. Gyro ball or Payback on a 31 speed iv forretress?

The plan at the moment is to get send monsters to the graveyard with future fusion or foolish burial (searched for by different dimension capsule) and then to special summon them with red eyes wyvern, darkness metal, decoy dragon, monster reborn or call of the haunted. This is then used to get out red eyes black dragon who in turn can be used with inferno fire blast and also to get out darkness. Totem and chick are for getting out black dragon if he is in the hand and prisma is an alternate way of using inferno fire blast and darkness.

Please give me constructive criticism. "Red eyes decks suck" or "make blackwings" is clearly not constuctive. After looking it over im considering dropping a chick for another totem but I want your advice first.
