I have an epson NX430 and I need to print a black document, out of yellow ink, will not print but I have black?
Okay, so yeah I would love to print this one page document tonight to be done with it, but I am out of yellow ink. I realize I can just go to the store and buy a yellow cartridge tomorrow but yeah, I'm just wondering, is there some way I can make it print the completely black document, without replacing the empty yellow cartridge? Thanks.
3 AnswersPrinters7 years agoI just capture this bug, what is it?
I just caught this insect. I'm afraid that I already know what it is, but I'd like another opinion. Anyone want to confirm the identity of this insect for me? And what I can do about it at home? I'm in an apartment, and they won't let me hire an exterminator. I've been on them for three weeks now to get pest control here. That being said, what can I do myself considering they won't do anything to hire an exterminator, and I can not hire one myself.
I tried to hire one myself to come inspect my place before I caught this bug, but they all say that since I'm in an apartment I had to go through the management.
1 AnswerZoology7 years agoWhen buying a home, when do you start paying?
If you find a home that you want to buy and you have an accepted offer, and you start to close, when do you actually begin your mortgage payments? Do you get a month free after you move in, or is it immediately upon possession, or what exactly? Or does this vary widely upon the lender involved?
3 AnswersRenting & Real Estate7 years agoWhen do home construction loan payments begin?
If you build a home, do you start paying on the loan during the construction, or do you not make any payments until after the construction is completed and you can move in? Also, when is the loan closed on? Before or after construction begins?
In the case I speak of, I have found a listing in a real estate ad that is planned to have a home built on it, but the home hasn't been built yet. It is listed as "To Be Built" I'm told that the home takes 120 days to build from the dig date, which is what they call the ground breaking date.
Thanks for any insight.
3 AnswersRenting & Real Estate7 years agoCan you identify what has been biting me?
I get these bites constantly. They vary in size, but itch like hell. They're usually gone within a days time though. They aren't usually in a cluster as if they were bed bugs, but they're definitely something. Anybody have any inclination as to what I'm dealing with and what to do about it? Thanks.
I know I need an exterminator to inspect but my apartments are dragging their feet in getting one out here as I've already mentioned it, and stayed on them about it. In the meantime I need any help I can get.
