I try to play on the Euro Force and the Armored Fury maps but when I do, the map loads and then it says there is an error for not having unmodified content but i haven't done anything that would mod my game... im confused

I have enough money for oblivion for my pc but should i save for fallout 3 or just get oblivion now? The games both look amazing but is fallout 3 that much better? EXPLAIN YOUR ANSWER.
