  • I disposed of some property for my uncle.?

When I called to tell him that is was going to cost me money to finish the job and I would need more money he agreed. When I was finished I called to tell him it was $1000.00 for dumpsters and consumables ( saw blades, gloves and Tyvek suits) he started avoiding me and doesn't seem to think he owes me anything because he paid me $500 at the beginning. How can I collect this money. I used a credit card thinking he would pay me back?

  • Do you leave your weapon at home if you are going to a gun free zone or place?

I've had my carry and conceal permit for over 10 years. Thankfully I have never had to use it. Once I came close. I was 1 foot away from being attacked by a very angry dog and the owner got control at the last second before I had to deploy my weapon. When you go to a mall or any place that has a posted sign saying "no guns", do you not go in or disarm yourself? Obviously traveling by air or going to a courthouse or other federal building is off limits, but what about local businesses, malls, parks or any other supposed gun free zone?

  • I want to build a rocket mass heater to heat the water for our swimming pool.?

My main concern is the pipe that I will use in the mass. Can I use PVC or should I use stainless steel? I plan on using refractory cement for the mass instead of the traditional cob material. Any thoughts or concerns?

  • if the price of gas is going thru the roof. why can't the gov do something about the cost with heating oil?

my family drives on average 500 miles a week. that equals 25 gallons of gasoline. at todays price that means i cost me @ $102 per week to go to work and live our lives. ok that's the primium that i have to pay. but when my children are cold or don't have hot water because it also cost us @ $125 every month to do that. it's a rough decision on what we have to eat. come on washington wake up and at least freeze the price of heating oil year round. at a fair market value not these overinflated kill yourself to live prices.

  • Thinking about changing fields?

I have been in the food service business for 20 years. I have been thinking about switching to technology. I am good with computers and enjoy learning new tech. What kind of salary could someone with no IT experience expect to earn starting out. I do plan to get microsoft certified.

  • Why don't people tip the pizza delivery driver?

If a guy drives 18 miles round trip and a gallon of gas cost $2.75. Why should he have to pay you to bring YOU your food? Doesn't seem fair to me. If your hungry and don't want to get your lazy butt of the couch then give the guy some money for his time.
