My husband has refused to sign divorce papers, so I've decided to take him to court. What I'd like to know is how long the process takes- from issuing a subpoena through the trial- until our divorce is final. Will it be final on our court date? How long, generally, will it take between my husband getting served and the actual court date? Thank so much for your help!! (I'm in Virginia, if it helps!)

I'd appreciate help in finding out how long it will take, from my issuing a subpoena to our court date, for our divorce to be final. Is it final AT court? How many weeks between his being served and our court date, on average? PLEASE HELP!! (I'm in Virginia, if it helps!)

My friend and I are having a very compelling argument- his claim is that there is no pretense in older country music, unlike rock. His argument- "You think Glenn Danzig really worships Satan and sacrifices chickens? No. He does it to give out a certain image. You don't see that in older country, those guys are REAL."

I say this is prevalent in EVERY genre, but I need specific examples from older country music. Who never rode a horse in his life? Did they all REALLY have broken hearts? Please, help!
