I had sex about... 12 days ago. The only symptoms I've had of being pregnant are nauseous, fatigue, and dizziness. However, the fatigue and dizziness I don't know if they are related to pregnancy, I have an iron deficiency that makes me tired and have a hard time controlling my salt and water intake that causes the dizziness.

My period isn't supposed to start until Monday. But tonight I've had slight cramping and slight spotting. Is this implantation?

I'd like to have a baby, but things are very complicated right now. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

I think that I might be pregnant. And if I am, I think someone other than the father is having sympathy pains. I'm really close to the person that is having the possible sympathy pains if that matters.

I've never heard of it happening and I was wondering if it is possible.
