So I want to get another apartment in a different area. But I’m not sure what to do with my current apartment. Should I keep it and rent it out? Or should I just sell it? What’s the best financial thing to do?

So this happened a lot lately. When someone helps you with something and later starts to behave difficult towards you and when you react to that they will use their help and generosity against you trying to label you as Ungrateful. Can you relate to that? I find that very frustrating and I’m not sure how to respond to that? 

So I live in an apartment that’s very nice. However I live right next to an elevator shaft that’s quite noisy. I hear it a lot and sometimes it wakes me up at night. 

Another issue is that I’m not sure I like the area. It reminds me of a past relationship that I have tried to move on from.

Do you think that’s a good reason to find another apartment? What would you do about it?

So I live in an apartment my parents bought for me. The apartment itself is very nice. The issue is that I want to live an another area I’m really fond of, but because they bought it for me and especially my dad is overly enthusiastic I don’t have the “mandate” to move. So that’s why the noise from the elevator makes me hopeful because I feel I have a good excuse? Or is it any proofing  materials that could complicate that excuse?

So I’m really convinced white people are more evolved then black people. Especially since last summer and how black people were rioting and really violent. Maybe Theyre not smart enough to protest peacefully? also they do look like monkeys so it seems they’re less advanced then white people. What do you think?

So I don’t mind having a female president or Vice President. But when I see female leaders with their husbands I just don’t think of it in the same way as a male leader with a wife by he’s side. And i have to say that if I had a wife that was a politician running for office I would not be comfortable. Being the man in a relationship or marriage standing beside a wife holding a speech or taking oath of office, I would be Uncomfortable in a situation like that. Can you understand that or relate to that? I’m curious what you think.

So I have a bachelors degree in political science with a two point something GPA. It’s difficult finding a job and I’m looking at ways to achieve a masters degree and perhaps another bachelors. There are many online options and I see that you can earn online degrees fast. I also discovered several online services that will do all the work for you. I really think this can open doors for me. I can basically earn a high and impressive education with no effort. Paying someone to do the work and with good grades. I think this can eventually land  a dream job as well. What do you think? 

So I’m college educated with a bachelor in political science and struggle with finding a job. I want to get rich and successful but I don’t want to do a lot of work. My plan it so get a masters and perhaps another online degree paying someone else to do the work. I know there are online services for that. I have taken a free online course in online entrepreneurship and I’m going to set up a website or blog that can generate income. So I’m really into the idea of being my own boss and enjoy various sources of passive income. But I’ll also like to have some experience with a “normal job”. I think if i get a masters and pay someone to do the work for me I can easily get a lucrative well paid job without having to work hard for it. I may even get a new degree as well without having to do the work. I think it would be great to land a successful career where I can earn a lot of money, wear a suit and look successful without having to work for it. Do I have a good plan for my career? Or am I being irresponsible?

my girlfriend and i have been official for about a month and a half now. Im 28 and she's 31. It was going well in the beginning and she was crazy about me. but now its getting more demanding and im not sure i can live up to her expectations. She thinks my parents are to dominating and they can be some times. But i also get along with them and want to continue visit them sometimes. I spend really most of the time at her place and im gonna move in with her next month. She's pushing me really hard to confront my parents about them calling me and texting me a lot while im busy. Im about to finish my that i have left of my degree as well as looking for a job so i`m very busy and i told my parents that. But she's also saying that i have to tell them i need time from them and have to tell them to stop calling me and that i will reach out when i`m ready.I told her that i don't have the energy for that and while i admit i should become more independent i asked her if she can let me do it more gradually. Last weekend Before a dinner with my parents she told me that if i didn't say anything about it that night she would go her own way cause she cant take it anymore. She said it with tears in her eyes. While i did hint at my parents that i will be very busy from now on i didn't have the energy to tell it the way she wanted me to. She told me last night i need to get tougher if not i would loose her.

So theres a girl that i have been obsessing over for a couple of years and we have some history together. First time we met she flirted with me and avoided telling me she was in a relationship even when i asked her out. I know she feels something for me but a lot of factors have prevented us from dating each other, like both of us being in relationships with other people. I have a girlfriend now and she s even engaged and pregnant. Although i will always feel something for her i lost a lot of interest when i found out she was pregnant. Even if she becomes single again i don t really feel like dating a single mom. Also i want to move to a warmer climate, find someone who s more than an A cup(i know I m shallow) and find someone who doesn t have a baby with someone else.She also has come out as an alcoholic and I'm not sure how i would feel dating someone i can't drink with. I enjoy my current relationship but I m not sure how long its gonna last. So I m considering making my old crush`s finance look unfaithful by help from hackers. Just to have a short intimate experience with her and leave before it gets serious. Cause i don t feel like dating her anymore but i do feel like i have unfinished business with her and would like to experience that. I probably wont do it if they get a dog,cause i don t want to break up a dogs family. If they don t i kinda want to do it.What do you think?

So im considering making someone look unfaithful because i like he's fiancee. Its possible i wont do it cause I'm not that obsessed anymore but i keep it as an option. i met a girl over the summer. She was falling hard for me and we spent a lot of time together. She also told me she has feelings for me and how safe and secure she feels with me. We had a lot of fun together both sexual stuff and good conversations among other things. We talk every day and we spend a lot of time together. I enjoy it but it seems like she has much stronger feelings for me then i have for her.

So she told me about a dream she had. She dreamed she had a boyfriend but it was not me. What do you think that dream means? I asked her what she thought it possibly meant but she wasn't sure and neither am i? What do you think?
