  • make scary sentences using these words from "A Christmas Carol". Any help welcome!?

Here are the words and their definitions:

burial: the placement of a dead body in the ground

gloomy: a dark feeling of no hope

undertaker: a person whose job is to make arrangements for burying a dead person

ghost: the spirit of a dead person

mourner: one who feels sadness and sorrow, often over someone who has died

funeral: a ceremony held for a dead person

shriek: to scream or cry out in a high-pitched voice

We just have to get started on it, so it's ok if you only have a few suggestions. I won't use what you put exactly, but I'll use it as inspiration for coming up with my own sentences (I'm not just going to copy, I'll put a lot of thought into what I'm going to write.) Thank you so much!

PS: i posted this in homework help, but i only got 1 answer. i seriously need some help with this PLEASE! thanks

  • L.Arts hw: write scary sentences using words from "A Christmas Carol". Any help welcome!?

Ok, I have homework due Tuesday on our class novel, A Christmas Carol. We have to create scary sentences using words from the story.

PS: I know I posted this in words and wordplay, but I'm just really drawing a blank and need some help. Again, thank you

  • I have an inspiron 1420. On yahoo messenger (version 8.1,) a menu came up that said?

'do allow connection to the internet' or 'do not allow connection to the internet.' I accidentally hit 'do not allow.' How can I change this? If you don't know it's ok but please help if you can. Thank you all so much for (hopefully) your help.
