I'm looking into trying some good asian dishes that I can make at home that are easy to make. BUT I don't want deep frying, excess oil ( a little oil is fine), excessive hot spices (unless I want heart burn for the next week.....) and yet are still at least on the healthy side. I have access to asian markets so I can get ingredients. I'm trying to go for authentic asian food, not Americanized. I've looked at cook books on amazon but comments people leave are either recipes have been americanized or the author wasn't paying attention and the ingrediants are off or suck. Or my favorite is the book is no longer printed, but has wonderful reviews, but the used price is $50. Anyone have good recipies? Know of good cookbooks and where I can get them that doesn't break my pocket book?

I know that there are horse joint supplements that can also be used on other animals, such as dogs. Is there any horse digestion and fat supplements that are safe for dogs?

I know a horse that has a brand on his neck. We think he is a walker cross (considering he gaits if pushed but doesn't do it naturally in the field). He came from an auction on the East Coast or the South. So he didn't come with papers and this brand isn't one to be associated with ranches as it's on his neck. It makes me think it's a registration number of some sort or all it could be is an ID number for some breeder. An example of his brand is AB123 or it could be AB12C. The last is smudged, almost like he moved and someone tried to correct it. But the AB12 is clear. I have never seen anything like it, normally any numbers on the neck are made out of lines or similar to mustangs.
