I drive a '02 Volvo S40.

Its a good car, and I don't want to get rid of it, but its plain and a bit more conservative than I would like.

If I were to put larger wheels and low-profile tires on it, how large of rims could I fit without cutting into the wheel-wells? The standard wheel on my car is a 15" diameter.

I am a manager with roughly 25 subordinates, all near my age, whom I work with. There are 3 other managers as well.

Some of these other managers have told me (as I am the newest manager to this team) that there are certain employees its OK to hang out with socially (not dating) outside of work, but not others.

I enjoy the company of nearly every one of the employees and would not feel afflicted at having a beer with any one or group of them outside of work.

However, I don't always feel it appropriate to fraternize with employees outside of work, and wonder what the appropriate line is in terms of losing professional demeanor? Is it socially acceptable to hang out in coworker groups, or one on one? Or is it all unacceptable?

I think the Viks are the better overall offensive team in terms of weapons, but with a shaky QB situation and a potentially even stronger one in ATL, I think Turner may have a better season than last year. I want thoughts compared to the season Adrain Peterson will have with either Rosenfels or Jackson at QB...
