I know that tro coplanar forces in equilibrium are always concurrent. Does the same hold for three forces? Are they also always collinear? And Spatial? and parallel?

Can someone explain this to me because im kinda confused

When the sum of the external forces acting on a body is zero, is the body, in all instances, in static equilibrium?Or can it be said that the total mechanical energy is constant.

A week or so ago, I inserted a pendrive into my Acer Laptop and realized all the folders I had on it were shown as shortcuts but still opened anyway. Later on when I needed to change the folder and search options, I realized the option was inactive. After googling, I was informed it may be due to a virus attack and I need to use regedit. Using run, I opened regedit but it closed automatically.

I then scanned my PC with Avast Boot-time Scan and Bit-defender but nothing showed up. I restored my PC and yet the same problem. I then decided to uninstall some programs but anytime I opened Control Panel, the Windows Is not responding window pops up, automatically attempts to restart but then closes.

Task Manager works well and here's a screenshot of the running process:

Three fellows (A, B and C) are having a quarrel at the market. A gringo goes by and asks the A fellow: "Are you an Honestant or a Swindlecant?" The answer is incomprehensible so the gringo asks B: " What did A say?" B answers: "A said that he is a Swindlecant." And to that says the fellow C: "Do not believe B, he... is lying!" Who is B and C?
