Versions of this question are all over here, and I've done plenty of google searches. I know many say the detox drinks are all scams and that's fine. My question is if there is a difference between a masking agent and a detox drink?

The reason for this question is, the way I see it, a detox drink simply dilutes everything and makes you go. Most have creatine and B2 to attempt to hide the dilution. Regardless, is the only way this drink could MAKE you fail because it makes the sample diluted? Where a "masking agent" that attempts to block a reading of THC may be detectable itself? If it were diluted, couldn't that also happen because someone who doesn't smoke simply drank too much water since they have trouble going on the spot?

I realize not smoking is the only true way. But just wondering if the worst case with a detox drink is fail by way of a diluted sample, which has plenty of reasonable explanations. It is the basic test for pre employment, not the expensive test for probation or military service.

I bought their 1st CD years ago when it first came out. Pop it in every spring/summer but haven't kept up with their CD's since really. I watched the Live at Red Rocks concert when it was on AXS TV a few months back and want to start downloading some songs.

I liked the whole red rocks concert and may buy that as well, but that also had alot of their current radio hits (more pop sounding). It did sound less pop live, but in general, I'm more of a fan of the reggae-rock sounding songs they do.

I listen to some real reggae as well, so I do not need comments on how they are not a reggae band, I'm well aware of this. But please list as many of their reggae-sounding songs as you know, I'd really appreciate it. I'd rather buy 20 individual songs from itunes then 4 or 5 full albums.

Please keep this very, very....very, simple. I don't need complex calculus or anything along those lines, but I really just want to understand the basic idea of what it is. With the double slit experiment, are they saying the photon is only a particle when measured, but a wave when not measured? Implying that WE in essentially create the outcome?

Likewise with Schrodinger's cat. Until WE open the box and observe, the cat is assumed both alive and dead. Obviously it would die on it's own terms depending when the poison opened, but is it suggested that it actually IS alive and dead, and by us opening the box, we in turn cause one outcome or the other?

Is the basic idea that we as humans, and our interaction on a subatomic level creates the outcome? WE collapse the wave into a praticle by our actions? Or am I completely off on my interpretation of these experiments?

If there was a way to explain this basic idea to a chiled, please do that for me! Thanks!

Just looking for some suggestions on any good bands that have a reggae sound to them. I've always like Bob Marley, and that caused me to venture into other pure reggae artists, and I enjoy REAL reggae, when I'm in that mood....

But what i'm looking for is any bands that may have more of a rock-jam-band type feel that incorporates that reggae feel. The back and forth guitar beats that make you bop your head, good percussion, maybe some sax or brass in there (although not too far over to the ska end of things).

I don't even have a good reference (which is why I'm asking) of CD's I have, Sublime had a little, but they have a little too much punk for me. OAR's older stuff like late 90's to 2000 had a little more of that feel (haven't followed them but from what I hear they no longer carry that sound and do more top 40 radio play style stuff). I don't know. No good examples which is why I'm looking. Any suggestions would be cool. Thanks!

PS: I realize sublim and OAR are not jam bands...they are just 2 examples of older CD's I had that came close with some reggae riffs.

I understand the need for the electoral votes, and think the general idea makes sense but wouldn't it make more sense for the electoral votes for each state to also be proportioned out based on that particular states popular vote? Wouldn’t that make each state equally important, and not just the “swing states”? It seems to me that awarding 100% of the electoral votes to one candidate contradicts the very purpose of the electoral college system.

For example, using a round number of 10 to keep it very simple: Let’s say “State A” has 10 electoral votes. The people of State A cast their votes and 70% of the votes go to the democratic candidate and 30% go to the republican candidate. Is it fair that all 10 of the state’s electoral votes go to the democratic candidate? That doesn’t really reflect the opinion of the state. Wouldn’t it make more sense to give 7 votes to the democrats and 3 votes to the republicans?

This way the popular vote of State A if more realistically represented. The electoral integrity is still intact because “State B” may have 15 or 20 electoral votes. So all 50 states are still weighed properly as designed, just a little more accurately. I ask because a friend of mine says he won’t vote because his state does not ever change and there is no point. And to an extent he is correct, but a popular split would at least make his vote count for something. Even if his candidate for State A gets 1 out of the 10 votes, that’s better than nothing and may add up across all 50 states.

Please note I do NOT favor one side over the other, so there is no point in bashing one side or the other in responses. Maybe what I state above has many flaws and is not an answer by any means, but the question is, can this ever be changed? No matter what the solution is, can this somehow be brought to a vote or is the current system unchangeable?

All comments aside on how at work, I should be actually working (I know), I'm wondering how I can make sure my web browsing history is completly deleted. I am not supposed to use the internet for personel use at work. We are a small company, and they do not monitor usage at all, however every now and then they do updates and things at my computer and I want to make sure they cannot see what websites I visited.

I do some fantasy football stuff online, check my yahoo personal mail and facebook, check articles on ESPN.com or just plain surf the web for entertainment. (I work tons of overtime, so my slacking is balanced by actual hard work). Either way, if it shows up that I have been on these sites, I'd most likely get in trouble.

Currently, I click on the Google drop-down search bar and click "clear history" and then I go to "Tools - Delete browsing history" in my internet explorer. Is this enough, or are there other items saved where it can be seen later on where I was? I don't know much about computers, and any help (in simple terms) is appreciated.

Who to start as my WR#3. PPR League. Marques Colsten is Brees' #1 target hands down if he's healthy. First game back last week they limited him, but reports are saying he should be ok this sunday vs CAR.

Jordy Nelson is 100% healthy and has been doing good and hes the #2 WR for Rodgers this Sun vs ATL.

A healthy Colston can put up bigger numbers, but Nelson is guarenteed respectable numbers. Who do you start?

I am making a video on Pinnacle Studio containg clips from our wedding and lots of still shots edited together, playing music in the background. I need a good song thats upbeat to play over shots from the reception. Lots of clips of people having fun dancing etc. Somthing with a good feel.

I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. I worked for about 3 years as a Mechanical Design Engineer for an HVAC Consulting firm. Pretty much designed duct work, drew plans in CAD, selected equipment, coordinated with plumbing and electrical etc. All under the supervision of a PE. I was offered a substantial pay increase to go to another company that Manufactures chillers and cooling equipment.

Now, I run applications and work with design engineers and consulting firms to help size and selected the proper equipment for their project. Started here at $49K, over 4 years I am up to $53K.

I like my job, but I am wondering if it would financially benefit me to get an MBA? I know this site is not really the place to get career advice and asking what kind of jobs I can get is a VERY general question, but if anyone else is in Engineering with an MBA I would like to hear your opinions.

I am almost 28. I got marrried last year. We are saving money so we can afford a new house, and plan on having kids in 2-3 years. All of this is financially involved. I asked my current employer if an MBA would benefit our company (hoping they would pay for the education) but they were not interested. Rough cost for the MBA is $18K. That price tag is what is discouraging me. If I knew I had a guarenteed better position and higher salary with the degree, I would do it. But there is no guarentee, and then I could be right back where I am with an $18K debt.

What type of positions may be availbale in Engineering with an MBA? It's easy to say "manage a team of Engineers" but it doesn't work that way, real world opinions would help!

If I have an MBA, are there high paying jobs NOT related to Engineering? (Keep in mind, I have no business experience. It would only be the MBA and Engineering experience. I'd like to stay with Engineering, but I'll go where the money is without hesitating. Also, I am in Buffalo NY, so its not like NYC or LA..)

Let me know your thoughts on the financial risk vs the reward.

I had Lance Moore NO as my #3 WR this week, but looks like Steve Smith NYG will be healthy. Assuming thats the case, Smith starts obviously, I'm just preparing for the next few weeks. This morning Robert Meachem NO just got dropped and is available. So, do I drop Moore for Meachem? It's a PPR league, so slot guys like Moore are good, but Meachem is more of a starter and gets some big grabs....

OR, I also have Nate Burleson on my bench. I could drop him, keep Moore, and pick up Meachem. I don't like having 2 guys from the same team though... I have a banged up WR corp in general, so this might make the difference over the next few weeks!

Trying to fill in my #2 and #3 spot. I posted this question already, but for some reason I can't view my answers? Anyway I get to start 3 WR's and its a PPR league. I got Mike Wallace PIT Starting for sure. Right now (subject to change based on opinions) I have #2 Chad Ochocinco and #3 Lance Moore. Other #2 & #3 spot options are:

Mike Thomas (normally above Moore, but they are playing OAK defense, and I dont think Garrad can hack it out this week. I would think MJD will be carrying most of the game)

Steve Breaston (I like him, and Larry Fitz will be getting the strong coverage leaving Breaston with tons of opportunities...but John Skelton is filling in at QB with thier starter banged up...I have no idea how good he is and if as a backup QB he will lean heavily on a star like Fitzgerald and running the ball alot..)

Nate Burleson (pretty much benching him. He's not THAT great and going against Green Bay DEF with a banged up QB)

Other concerns with my current #2 and #3.....

Ocho: Horrible history vs PIT..I never usually consider this...but he ALWAYS does poorly vs PIT. He's inconsistant to say the least and TO is still getting the majority of the looks..But Ocho has that potential to break out. The question is weight his "potential" of a big game against the mid to low level game of Thomas or Breaston)

Lance Moore: I like him. I like the New Orleans matchup. But Brees has SO many WR options. I mean, I would assume hes guarenteed a few grabs (its a PPR league) and MAYBE a TD, but that TD could go to any number of great guys. Again, I gotta weigh the real possiobilities of getting as many points as possible. Even 4 catches for 40 yrds is 8 points in a PPR league)

Who to start at WR in week 10?

Steve Breaston vs SEA or Chad Ochocinco vs IND?

All season it's been an easy choice or Ocho, but hes constantly being doubled and TO is getting the points. Steve Breaston isn't crazy good, but will he still pull in more points then Ochocinco? It's a gamble...help

Both WR's are available in my league right now. Robert Meachem is technically the #2 WR for the Saints, making Lance Moore the #3. Normally that would mean I pick up Meachem, but Moore has done way better then Meachem out of the slot, has 5 TD's compared to 2 and about as many yards. Whats the best move for the long haul?

I have him on my bench in hopes that he would play later in the season. I have my starters set, not including him, so he was just on reserve as a possible bounus later on. Now that bye weeks are coming up, I need to makes some moves to fill spots. I have some other possibiliteis I could add/drop, but will Vincent Jackson even play at all this season? Is he worth hanging on to at all?

Any suggestions on any all-inclusive resorts in the caribbean would be appreciated. My wife and I went to St. Lucia for our honeymoon through a Sandals resort. We loved it. We were looking to go to Sandals Negril in Jamacia this March. Well, 2 people for a week is around $4,000 which is about double our price. We haven't traveled much at all yet, so what are other good resorts that aren't as pricey as Sandals?

Any island other then St. Lucia (because we've been there) would be great. Jamaica, Aruba, Bahamas anything down there that is all inclusive (food, drinks, alcohol). I know I can google things, but I'd rather have personal recomendations.

I just bought Netflix, and I was trying to set it up sp I can stream movies from the internet directly to my TV via my Samsung BlueRay Player. I am not exactly sure which model I have, the manual says three models "BD-P1590, DD-P1590c, BD-P1600". When I start the blueray there is a option to hit the green button for NetFlix... But what is involved?

I treid to follow the samsung manual, and I started to try and hook it to a "home network"?..but I don't know if that is even what I need to be doing. I have 1 laptop. I have the blueray connected to my wireless router with an ethernet cable. I know this is very general, but If anyone is VERY familiar with this process and can bullet a few steps to take from start to finish (as well as possible troubleshooting tips along the way) I would greatly appreciate it. I tried going to the samsung website but it was not very helpful.

I don't know much about computers. Buying a new laptop. I have 2 friends who know computers. One says he will help me select a DELL. Where you specifically pick all that you want, and DELL builds it for you. He claims "off the shelf" comps have alot of things I do not need priced into them, and that building your own DELL is the way to go.

My other friend says HP is of MUCH better quallity. He would recommend an off the shelf prebuilt HP over a DELL anyday of the week. Hes says its like a BMW vs a Chevy Cobalt...

My use would only really be the internet, downloading music and basic Microsoft office like word and excel (but not even for detailed work purposes, just simple home applications). Nothing fancy. Price range is around $600-$700. Any recomendations would be appreciated!
