i have just banged the underneath of my A class 160, 2009 reg and when i looked under the front some plastic has snapped off , the plastic looks like a door wedge shape ! under the bumper there are two one on each side , my question is what are these bits called and where can i get one they are just held on by one bolt only about 4inch's big , help please , i will really appreciate some help on this thank you

hi im not much up on computers and need help , my internet explore keeps working fine then it says not responding stops working freezes then sometimes it says recovering tab and works fine and other times it just closes internet explorer and i have to start it again ? what is going on ?any ideas please ???
