The last day of school and my birthday ended up falling on the same day(I just turned 16). While we were walking out of school my friends and i were jokingly talking about doing stupid stuff. Basically right before we were about to leave, one of my friends told me to record him and I asked why and he wouldn't tell me. When I recorded him he jumped on someone's car and ran away. I had no idea that he was going to jump on the car but earlier today, my mom got a call from the school telling us to meet up with them at the school on Tuesday. What do you think will happen to me? His mom got the call too.

So I have been trying to lose weight for a while. And I came up with a diet and I want to know if you think this is a good plan?

First off. I want to turn into a vegetarian. Only fruits and vegetables for food. For fiber I will use flax seeds and for protein and vitamins I will drink muscle milk. I will workout and do cardio everyday. I weight about 180 now and I want to get to 140, I am a 15 year old male about 5'8-5'9 do you think this plan will work? Why or why not? And if so, how long would it take?

so my girlfriend and i started dating back in july, when i look back into our old messages i used to act like i didnt care and mostly nothing bothered me and she gave me attention and always showed she cared and showed she loved me. we broke up in october, and got back together this january. when we got back together i told myself i would make her know i love her, so i gave her my full attention all the time.. which started jealousy and arguments all the time. Now im in a situation where she doesnt like me as much, she doesnt love me at all anymore. I just want her attention. we've only seen each other once this valentines day, and i told her i would go somewhere with her but i cancelled on her and thats when she said she doesnt love me anymore and now she shows she doesnt care at all. whenever we plan on doing something or seeing each other something comes up so i can understand why shes frustrated. but my plan is to not give her my full attention, wait a few minutes to text her back, not show her i love her all the time. and maybe that'll get her to like me more and love me a lot. i want to get her attached to me, and show loads of affection.. and other ideas or suggestions on what i can do? thanks

I think I have a skinny figure with excess fat. I think I gain weight slowly because i eat VERY bad foods and only need to lose about 20 pounds, but when I do lose weight, what do you think my body will look like? If you have any pics that would be great. I'm gonna start running and eating right to lose. Thanks !

Is it true that males with abs have a smaller stomach than males without them? Not bodybuilder but just makes with abs because the pictures I see, the males stomachs are smaller like an hourglass while skinny males sometimes have the body shape of a brick, I'm asking this because I want to have a small hourglass figure. I weigh 165 pounds and I'm trying to get to 150-155 in the next month, my diet is going to be mostly fruits and vegetables but I will either eat 2 pieces of baked fish or chicken everyday for protein. for exersise, I will run atleast a mile a day. Do you think I will reach this goal or 150-155 in the next month? If so, how long will it take to get to my ultimate goal of 140? Thanks!

I am a 14 year old 5"7 male and I weigh about 165. I'm trying to get inbetween 120 and 140 in the quickest way that is healthy, and won't gain all the weight back. I play basketball everyday and I am starting to do 150 sit-ups a day. I am going to eat lots of vegetables, baked foods, and drink lots of water and green tea. How good is this plan?
