Ok, I ran track this year, and i got a stress fracture on my Iliac crest, which is like the top of my pelvis bone, sorta like my hip... I got it because my sartorious muscle was pulling on the bone when i ran.... I've been going to the chiropractor 3 times a week, and they have been massaging the muscle and doing an ultra-sound on it.

I haven't run in 2 months, so my chiropractor said it should be healed, and told me to run a slow mile to see if it still hurts. When i ran, it hurt just as bad as it used to!!!

Why hasn't it healed yet??? Any suggestions on what i can do to make it heal?

I REALLY need it to get better so i can run cross country next month!

I'm 15 years old, 5'4'', and 104 pounds. I'm pretty skinny, but my stomach always gets huge after i eat or drink! I've started doing 100 situps a day (50 in the morning, 50 at night) and my stomach still seems big! Im in cross country and track and run 6 days a week, so im getting enough excercize,but my stomach isn't flattening!!! It only looks good when i wake up in the morning before breakfast... Any suggestions? excercizes i can do? Any help would b great! thanks

Flirting and wearing heels and dresses. I preferr comfortable clothes to tight stuff. The thing is... Guys don't seem to notice girls unless they are flirty and artificial. I'm sorta quiet but confident. I am a strong Christian and really compassionate. I'm also really athletic and in great shape. But it seems guys don't look at that stuff. Unless u flaunt it. I'm just wondering If that's true... Do guys see your personality and natural beauty without you being really flirty and stuff??? Any comments from guys would be really appreciated. I just wanna know what u look for in a girl

I'm really stuck. I can't decide whether or not to take AP Psych next year. I will be a sophomore. I go to a private school and my teacher is great, but i'm not sure if I should take the course. Is it really difficult? does it have a lot of homework? I'm definitly motivated and a good student with a 4.0 GPA. But i'm also in sports after school and don't get home until 9:00 P.M. two nights a week... is the homework going to be too much??? Any help and opinions are great!

I'm almost 15 and I'm 5 feet 4 inches. I did this bmi calculator and it told me I was anerexic. Trust me I eat a lot and excercize all the time. I but do I need to gain weight??? I'm not weak tho. I can do 11 pullups and run 10 miles. I'm just wondering if I am too skinny

I was wondering if Stephenie Meyer's new book "The Host" is good. I've read the bits of it that u can read on her website, and i liked it! But i've seen that it's an adult book. I'm only in 8th Grade, do you think i should still read it? I'm TOTALLY obsessed with the Twilight saga, and I am hoping that The Host is as good. If you have any info about it, please tell me!
