Did the radicalism of the 1960's help or hinder the Civil Rights movement? How did the gang behavior and "ghetto problems" of the 1980's effect African-Americans? Have Civil Rights come as far as they can?

I'm looking to adopt a dog, and am looking between Rottweilers and Dobermans. I have been talking to a lady who has an albino Doberman currently. I have read some things about albino Dobermans having a lot of health issues, while other people say there aren't any more health issues than with any other Doberman. So, does anybody know what the real deal is? Any help would be appreciated.

I know it's not friction from the condom being dry, because we have to use lube because she's so tight anyway. She was a virgin before this, and she's a small girl so she thinks it's because she's still tight and not used to it yet, but I have a feeling it's a reaction to either the condoms or the lubrication we use.

Has anyone had a problem like this before? The only thing I know to do is to experiment with other types of lube and condoms made of materials other than latex.

Seriously, why? I mean, the dude was messed up. Sure, he used to be talented but eventually turned in to a huge freak show. And frankly, I don't understand how people really still believed he was innocent. Nobody is that "close" to little kids without something fishy being up. So, why?
