The film is in black and white and probably released during the 30's.
I forgot how it begins but the leading woman ends up in a mans apartment. The man shows her a painting he drew and tells her to try to make her own. After making her painting she tries on a dress that was in his apartment. As she is changing, the man tries to rape her and she kills him defending herself. She paints over the painting and leaves.
The police starts investigating the murder scene and one of the detectives (who i think was the woman's boyfriend) finds one of her gloves and hides it (knowing that it was hers).
I forgot what happens in the rest of the movie. I think she writes a confession letter at the end.
