Russian CBR

Ok so my alternator is putting out about 13.5-14 volts on idle, and 15.6 (max ive seen) when reving it up.

When it overcharges, my break and battery lights flicker.

Any reason other then bad alternator/voltage regulator?

Aftermarket stage 2 clutch - no problem.

Replaced clutch slave cylinder and the metal hose running from it (there was a lot of wear on those ones, and the threads on the regular hose were woren, but not stripped). Put everything together, and tightened the hose (to metal ones) just enough for it to stop leaking when bleeding.

Bled the system. Everything worked normal. Filled up the reservoir to the top.

After about 30 minute drive in 5th gear (freeway), the clutch went soft again, i had to pum the **** out of it to get it back up to pressure.

I know theres no air in system because i bled it properly, and took my time.

It doesnt seem to be leaking ether because when i puleld over to pump it up again, there was nothing on the ground.

Any suggestions?

edit1: checked master, nothing, dry as its supposed to be.

Got percocet 5/325 prescribed, and oxy at 10mg. Total for a 24 hour period they say I should take 30mg. I trust my doctors, and it really helps with pain management, but I'm just looking for 2nd independent opinion on that kinda dosage and long term effects from other peoples past experiences. I'm aware of side effects and possible dependency, but it is a step down from morphine and deloted which I was on during in-patient.

Just for the reference - 22yo male, 180lb, muscle and nerve damage to extremities.

I leaked a little oil today. It dripped on my headers very close to the oil filter, and burned.

It dripped only about 3-4 drops. The bike has been sitting in garage for 3 days. Weather was kinda coldish at night (around 44 degrees). I started it up and rode it without letting it warm up.

My guess is that the gasket shrank when it was cold, and than didnt have time to expand in time when i reved the engine.

Maybe i'm wrong, but i tightened the oil filter a little bit (about 1/6 of a turn), but haven't ridden it since (im at work).

Any thoughts why it leaked? How to fix? what to look for?

its an 05 600rr with 21k miles on it.

Im leaking coolant from the overflow valve (thats what i think it is anyway). Its located on the left side right by the kickstand.

When i gig my oil change about 500 miles ago, i filled up the reserve coolant tank to max line. I checked it today, i was lower than min line.

Why is it leaking, and how can i stop it?

Ok, so i got a non-violent misdemeanor ticket. I am a college student, and i do not have funds for a lawyer (how much would it be though? im in L.A, CA). Do i have a choice to go with public defender, or do i have to find a lawyer for myself? Defending myself is not an option because i want the attorney to plea bargain the best deal i can get. No propr convictions. my record is clear. Any advice?

So on the description of the vehicle the CHP put 07 for the year of the vehicle. my bike is 05. and it is clearly stated on my registration. i got 3-in-1 fix it ticket.

So is the year of the vehicle mistake enough for me to dispute it in the court they appointed it too? or i should not even bother?
