Im starting to get really unhappy with what i look like. I need to burn off between 5 and 10 pounds. I dont have weights or a gym set. Does anyone have any workout suggestions they can give?? I wont go to a gym and all i want to do is loose some stomache and chest fat. Any help???

Ive been in this relationship for a little over nine months and im more happier then i have ever been. And sometimes i worry about little things like her leaving me even when she tells me everyday that she not going too. Does anyone have any advise on how to keep an amazing relationship good and not go bad. Like most of them do????
