I reside in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. I am looking at a (RV) Res. Vacant piece of land. I was hoping to be able to go to the owner and ask the to sell it with cash in hand, right then and there. What all forms would I need to do the deal? Will I have to have a Notary with me? Will the seller have to do anything more then just sign the documents and take the money?

I am planning a business, and I would like to allow customer to write checks written to the business name.

I don't want to file for an LLC and open a business bank account until I actually receive the first check or payment.

Is this possible, or would I have to get them to write it out to my personal name?

I want to start posting so bad, but I don't want it to go to waste. Has anyone else made any type of money with this type of theme? Do you think I should switch to a different theme now before I really start pushing out articles?

I ve been in phone sales for 4 years in walmart land where everything is cheap, and thinking about moving to New York City.

I understand I may not get a good paying tele-communications job right off the bat.

Do the entry level jobs out there pay enough to be able to afford to live IN the city?

Long story short,

A few years ago when I was prescribed Adderall, I made a YouTube channel, and put my heart and soul into it. That channel has continually grown and has around 1 million views collectively from 65 videos. I haven't uploaded since I took myself off the medication.

My struggle is not being able to find that same spark that I had when creating that YouTube channel. I have so many ideas, but I can never motivate myself to go through with anything and put my heart and soul into it.

There has got to be a way to find that spark without taking medication, unless of course ADHD is real and I should just simply get back on the medication.

I need some wisdom,

I want to do something big in life as far as providing a service / owning a business.

The problem is that I want to do so many things that I can not pin point one and stick to it.

There's just to many things going on in my brain and not enough time it seems like and it gets stressful. I've started meditating this week and that does seem to help keep my thoughts and goals a little clearer.

Not sure if anyone here is knowledgeable in this subject but,

Is there a simpler way to fill capsules and have exact measurements right without buying the insanely expensive equipment or without having to manually pour miligrams into each one?

I see a lot of capsule filling mechanisms that you can work by hand, but each one the person is just scraping the ingredient into them and not accurately measuring anything.

I am okay with the mechanism, and having to do that by hand but I do not want to spend time measuring and pouring ingredients into each individual capsule.

I have a "rash" that has popped up about 5 months ago on my legs, palms, and feet. Seems to be in almost identical spots on each side of my body, and the same type of rash, if that means anything.

They do itch badly throughout the day.

Someone has said that because they popped up after my mothers passing that it is a stress rash, but I don't believe it is.

Also, the mole thing one of my toes has been there for years, Probably should get that checked out too!

Recently my mother has passed away. A short time after, I received a check in the mail for child support from my father who was in jail. The check was from Support Enforcement Services, Directed to my mother which has passed away.

My question is, what do I do with it? Am I allowed to deposit it? I waited on hold with SES for an hour and was told that someone will have to call me back within two business days to answer questions, It s been two business days and no one has called me back.

I know this isn t the right place to ask but, My mom recently passed and she was late on her life insurance payment 1 month before she passed, now they are saying she lapsed and so they are not paying out the benefit.

Is there nothing I can do? They obviously are not helping so they can keep the money.

My mother recently passed away, and I found her life insurance policy. I called the company, they said that me aswell as my older brother were listed as beneficiarys.

When she talked about her life insurance, she always told me that I would be the one who decided whether or not my brother would get his part (obviously because he gets into to much trouble.)

Now the time has actually come and I have to deal with it. He is missing, hiding from the law because he has warrants and 2 years in jail waiting on him.

The life insurance (globe) told me that I need to fax the Death Certificate along with each of our addresses and information. He has no address.

I know this isn t the best place to ask but, My known-to-be meth head brother is asking for my mothers SSN and ID (who just passed away a week ago). He is currently missing because of several warrants and has not shown up for anything as far as cleaning out her room or for the memorial.

He said he is applying for a Pell Grant (Student loan you don t have to pay back)

He dropped out of high school, How is he going to get a student loan?

Is he trying to commit fraud?

A relatively large car group (Mostly muscle cars and ricers) now have permission to host their car meets at my dealership once a month. They have plenty of open areas in our lot to do what ever they please. I have a canopy and a few tables I m thinking about setting up next month, but I just need help brainstorming more ideas. I m already working on stickers and t-shirts, and maybe even a detailer on stand by. Is there any more great ideas that you guys could possibly share to make this event event better?

I want them to be able to have a custom Credit/Debit card with my company logo on it - And I want to be able to load that Credit/Debit card instantly from my office during any time of the day whether it be when the banks or closed or open.
