So I've been actually depressed since I was 13 and became actually suicidal when I was 15. Now I'm 17 and still depressed and suicidal. I've overcame cutting, burning, and the puking and the only thing I really miss is the puking. I hate eating but I've been doing really good this year. I'm just now seeking treatment after finally opening up to my mother that I wanted help. She's known of my depression since I was 15 but I don't wanna go to a doctor for only two reasons. I don't want it to go on my record, and the other is I'm afraid to be put on medicine after my past issues with sleeping pills.

Can anybody with experience tell me how the depression medications helped them and if its even worth it to get put on them? I don't really want this on my record but I will honestly kill myself if nothing changes and I don't wanna do that.

Hi I'm 17 years old and have just recently got out of depression. Its been 7 months without cutting 9 months without bulimia and 4 months without burning myself. I'm doing better and feel great but I've been homeschooled all my life and I'm not like the other homeschooled kids. They all have lives and are happy with their friends and the only friend I have is a couple states away. She's all I have and she means the world to me but I can't help but feel like I'm the weirdest girl on earth. I have no friends. I have a car, lisence and nowhere to go. I was bullied into depression at 13 and I live in a small town and all the kids my age identify me as the "slut, idiot, freak, outcast" and any other generic insult. But I can't help but feel so lonely here. And my insecuritys are building up and make me wanna force myself to puke again and it just hurts so bad. Are there any tips to feeling OK again?

I'm 16 years old, i exercise regularly been that way for 3 years, but the pressure is Always on me to lose weight and everytime i workout anymore it hurts,

i can't juice things,

i'm stuck on my parents diet, which isn't necisarrily a Great one for me (a lot of fried foods)

and i'm tired of being depressed about my weight. help!

so i'm 16 years old, i've been working out for 3 years, i started so early cause i was bullied about being fat but i've always been pretty small build. but over the years i've worked out just for a lifestyle and i feel confident afterwards with all the bullying around my town.

Anyways, i've been depressed for 1 year straight now, and it's never effected my workout. now when i workout with my normal fast paced workout it hurts so much, in just my head, i've tried slowing it down but whenever i start it just hurts really bad anymore.

i keep flactuating back from 115 and 123, and for me that's a lot to take in cause i feel awful about myself. but i just can't workout without hurting my head and running out of breathe so quickly.

please help!!!

so me and my friend shyanne , have been friends for a few years now online and she keeps asking me if i want to go out with her, i'm also a girl but i'm Bi-sexual, i've always thought the personality is what mattered most.

she keeps asking me out but i don't wanna date anybdoy but every time i tell her she'll just Ask again later. i don't want to hurt her feeling's but it's getting a little tiresome. she's my friend and i do like her but not like Dating like her, and the time i told her that she got Seriously mad, she's one of my best friends, how do i tell her?

i've tried telling her i'm not ready but it doesn't seem to Actually Register in her head!

im tiffany, im 14 years old and ive been homeschooled since the first grade, well i got bullied alot for most of my time being homeschooled, i Finaly resolved that not to long ago , and ive been doing alot of self reflecting cause my self esteem went down alot from being bullied, so i discided to jump out into Socializing again, (keep in mind im Very anti-social Big step lol)

im Real well Socialy akward really ,im realy peppy but not peppy enough to do cheerleading (DONT EVEN SUGGEST IT haha)

but i think getting social again will help but im not sure how to do it, im really active ,but in an exercising way not in a Sporty kind of way ,i Really hate sports,

i need help desciding what type of activitie to go into to be social again, it's a Giant part of my home-made self reflecting test haha

im making a fan fiction labled as uncharted but its realy all my own charectors just a complete new series and i need a personality to put to a girl named : Chasta Stryker: her nickname is "Chase" and will most of the time go by chase , i need somthing better than just a journalist cause thats cliche lol

like what she acts like is she a serious person or a layed back person , i dont realy wanna make her serious but just give me an idea for the charactor

her partner is Jack navarro ,one of the main charactors in the series :)
