    could some one please help me? Will the proposed tax rebate be available to those that have recieved the "earned income tax credit"? I have a family of 4 and we earn less than $45,000 a year. would we still qualify for the tax credit? or are we disqualified?

  • Is a pet bird a good idea for my son?

    My son is 7 and he has ADD and allergies. His teacher has birds in the classroom, and he has become VERY attached. He has grown to love these birds. They are VERY useful in his ability to complete assignments, stay on task, etc. Should i try to get him a pet bird? If so what type? I am worried about dander. Also, if he has a bird at home will the ones at school still be as helpful?

  • When should i tell her she is my step daughter?

    I have been raising my Husbands daughter since she was nine months old. she has not seen her biological mom in over 7 years. she is now only 9. she has no memory of her mother or the severe neglect she had to endure by her mother's hand. when, or should I, tell her the truth. i don't want to confuse her but she will need to know. I'm the only mother she has ever really known, and my family is the only extended family she has. I love her with all my heart and i just want what's best for her.
