  • Getting rid of this damn wart.?

So, I've had this wart on my tricep for a long time, never thought much of it, but now it's just really annoying and embarrassing. I tried everything from duct tape to suffocate it, to Dr scholls little band aid wart remover things, and putting some siliconic acid on it. It's not working, how in the hell can I make it go away as fast as possible?

  • Who's ready for next season?

I sure am! Here's a recap of what has happened to teams. Known as "New faces in new places"

Mike Wallace to the Dolphins Via Free Agency

Reggie Bush to the Dolphins Via Free Agency

Rashard Mendenhall to the Cardinals for a fourth round pick

Emmanuel Sanders to the Patriots (He signed a one year tender, pending response from the Steelers to match the offer, or accept it for the Patriots' third round pick offer)

Tommy Kelly to the Patriots Via Free Agency

Steven Jackson to the Falcons Via Free Agency

Danny Woodhead to the Chargers Via Free Agency

Adrian Wilson to the Patriots Via Free Agency

Percy Harvin to the Seahawks Via Free Agency (I believe)

Alex Smith to the Chiefs Via Trade

Anquan Boldin to the 49ers Via Trade

Kevin Kolb to the Bills Via Trade

Danny Amendola to the Patriots Via Free Agency

Mike Jenkins to the Patriots Via Free Agency

Shonn Greene to the Titans Via Trade

Dawon Landry to the Jets Via Trade

Those are only a few of the big moves during free agency that teams have made. Now lets take a look at some talented Free Agents that remain:

    Ahmad Bradshaw

    James Harrison

    Dwight Freeney

    Johnathan Abraham

    Charles Woodson

Again, those are only a couple big names.

Free Agency is looking thin, who would you want your team to sign? And are you happy with what your team has ALREADY signed during free agency? What improvements would you make to your favorite team?

  • How well will the Pittsburgh Steelers perform?

I just want to know how you all think the Steelers will perform without many of their key players, such as Mike Wallace (Signed with the Dolphins via Free Agency), Emmanuel Sanders (Signed a one year tender with New England, Response from Pittsburgh pending), and James Harrison (Restricted free agent)

Now, I think they still have some key players, such as Troy Polomalu, Rashard Mendenhall, Ben Roethlisberger, and Antonio Brown. But all of these guys will need to step it up. Plus, the Offensive Line needs to get it together, or they aren't going anywhere.

My prediction is 8-8, what do you guys think about where the team stands?

  • You're the GM of your FAVORITE NFL team, pick your starting defense and offense.?

Say all members of every football team were free agents, you have UNLIMITED CAP space, you get to pick any modern age player (No legends) to put on your team.

With that in mind, pick 11 starting players on offense, 11 on defense.

    Offense:

    QB- Tom Brady

    RB- Marshawn Lynch

    (No Fullback)

    TE 1 - Rob Gronkowski

    TE 2 - Tony Gonzalez

    WR 1 - Mike Wallace

    WR 2 - Brandon Lloyd

    LT - Russell Okung

LG - JR Sweezy (Move from RG to LG)

    C - Jeff Saturday

    RG - Logan Mankins

    RT - Breno Giaccomini

    Defense

    DT 1 - Vince Wilfork

    DT 2 - Brandon Mebane

    LE - JJ Watt

    RE - Jason Pierre Paul

    LOLB - KJ Wright

    MLB - Brian Urlacher

    ROLB - Jarod Mayo

    CB 1 - Richard Sherman

    CB 2 - Antonio Cromartie

    FS - Adrian Wilson

    SS - Ed Reed

    Special Teams

Kick Returner/Punt Returner - Leon Washington

    Punter - John Ryan

    Kicker - Josh Scobee

I honestly have no clue. So I'd like to see what you guys have to say. Explain your answers!

  • The facts about Tony Romo.?

All of you are wondering why Romo got a huge contract extension. Well, here are the facts broken down for you.

Aside from Romo's many missed big play opportunities, keep in mind that the cowboys average 3.5 sacks a game, Romo gets beat up a lot, and the offensive line needs upgrades.

Next, if you take a look at Romo's completion percentages from the time he was drafted until now, you will see he passes up drew brees, Aaron Rodgers, and Peyton Manning.

Also take into account that Jason Garrett was doing the offensive play calling, he has no prior knowledge of being an offensive coordinator.

Finally, Romo is young. All he needs is a better set of receivers (aside from miles Austin). Lets face it guys, Dez Bryant isn't a clutch player, he's horribly over rated.

Think what you want, but those are the cold hard facts for you. Hope this answers any questions that may have risen.

  • Aaron Rodgers overrated?

Granted, he is a great quarterback, and only 29. But is he really worth the contract to make him the highest paid player? Not at all in my opinion, I don't even think Joe flacco is worth it. The packers could definitely use their money on other things

  • Best Wide Receiver in the NFL?

    Megatron. Nuff said.

  • Who will be the KING Quarterback in the AFC This year?

    Tom Brady?

    Joe Flacco?

    Big Ben?

    Cam Newton?

    Peyton Manning?

Tom Brady is definitely my answer. He's proved it year after year. Your thoughts?

  • Who is your comeback team this year and why?

I think the Lions are going to be the comeback team this year.

Already have a stellar defense, Stafford and Megatron will definitely tear up the defense too.

  • Russell Wilson, or Matt Flynn?

So far, it looks like Wilson is doing the best. Granted, he is performing against back ups, but he is also working WITH Back ups as well.

Who do you see starting for Seattle this season?

  • Girls can be such idiots...?

My girlfriend broke up with me today for speaking my mind.

I told her I have a bestfriend named Haley who I tell EVERYTHING too, I've known her since kindergarten. She thinks I love Haley more than her, I show NO attraction towards Haley and I told her this. She said "Why don't you talk to Haley? You love her more than me"

I continued speaking my mind about why I have jealousy problems and such, then she breaks up with me because i'm an *** and I don't know what girls want.

Girls, you can be such idiots sometimes...

  • GUYS AND OR GIRLS: I don't think I have anything to worry about.. Do you?

My girlfriend uploaded a picture on facebook and captioned it "Ohmygawd <333" And it was a shirtless picture of Channing Tatum, I don't think I have anything to worry about because I see girls doing it in every relationship, but I just want a second opinion.

    Should I be worried?

  • Good cleats for a linebacker?

I'm just lookin for some info on what you guys think.

I got a pair of Nike Landsharks (Low Cut) For me at my Middle Linebacker position.

I picked these because they have good traction, but are also low enough to where I can move fluently around the field, I don't have as much traction when i'm running. You know?

Did I make the right choice? I think I did.

    2 AnswersFootball (American)9 years ago
  • There IS a reason why Brady/Rodgers/Brees were outperformed you know...?

The reason is because the coaches already know WHO will start this year for their team.

But, they need to figure out who will be good to fill out the Second string roster spots.

Example, Brady played two drives against the Saints today, Brian Hoyer and Ryan Mallett played the rest of the game, considering they are the two contenders for the backup spot.

So STOP saying these guys were outperformed. They were only outperformed because they didn't get NEARLY as much playing time as the backups did.

  • Saints still Championship contenders?

Do you guys think that, even after the bounty scandal, and most of their defensive players being banned for four games or more, do you think they are still Championship Contenders?

Give me some reasons why! :D I'm curious to know what you all think. I say yes because I think they're offense can still get it done.

  • FOOTBALL FANS! Feel free to answer and criticize :D?

Alright, I don't know what you all think, but here are my standings for who I think will win each division this year:

    AFC East:

    New England Patriots.

Reasoning: Elite Quarterback Tom Brady, Elite Wide outs such as Wes Welker, Brandon Lloyd, Jabar Gaffney, and Possible Julian Edelman, a somewhat good running game with Shane Vereen, or Danny Woodhead as starter, a SOLID and reliable Offensive Line.

But, the defense scares me a little bit, they have a great offensive line especially with the new addition of Chandler Jones. Secondary has new additions too, especially Linebacker Dont'a Hightower.

    AFC West:

    San Diego Chargers

Reasoning: Who needs a reason when you have Phillip Rivers at Quarterback? Somewhat Solid Defense and passing game. I predict they are in a deadlock with the Broncos for the win.

    AFC North:

    Baltimore Ravens.

Reasoning: No doubt about it, they have Joe Flacco, Ray Rice, Ray Lewis, and just a great overall team rating. No doubt about it whatsoever.

    AFC South:

    Houston Texans.

Reasoning: SOLID SOLID DEFENSE. It's absolutely amazing. I love it, they know how to get it done.

Their offense is quite impressive as well, especially with Arian Foster's solid running capability.

    NFC East:

    The Eagles.

Reasoning: Michael Vick is showing he has some potential to throw the ball, and their running back LeSean McCoy has big play capability. Their offense is going to be key to success this season.

    NFC West:

I'm going to have to say the 49ers again.

Reasoning: Alex Smith is an improving quarterback, he's built up on wide receivers especially with Michael Crabtree and newly added Mario Manningham. And they still have a solid run game with Frank Gore and a somewhat good defense behind Linebacker Patrick Willis!

    NFC North:

    Detroit Lions

Reasoning: You can't have a better combo in the NFC Than Matthew Stafford and Megatron. It just doesn't happen, they always seem to see eye to eye when it comes to the passing game. And their defense, as well as lacking sportsmanship, is still a good group to have.

    NFC South:

    New Orleans Saints

Reasoning: Drew Brees broke the all time passing yards record last year, right in front of Tom Brady. He is a great quarterback who can find the spot where the ball needs to go.

    Superbowl Contenders:

New England Patriots Vs. New Orleans Saints.

What do you all think? Feel free to comment with your opinions! :)
