Details, If you care:

I've had enough of this stupid site. Yahoo has ruined it, letting anonymous users post hate answers, letting non-anonymous users continue to post hate answers and harass other users... not to mention how difficult it is just to ask a question now (ask first, specify category later... what?), and how glitchy the site is as a whole.

It's not even fun to joke around with anymore. Serious answers don't GET answers, so the only way out is to be funny, right? Right? Wrong. Nobody has an identifiable sense of humor these days.

They can be anything (moral, emotional, spiritual...), or even a combination of several.

My question for you is: If it's the case that you are *at least* partly the cause for your suffering in life, for whatever reasoning (feel free to include that in your answer, if you like), do you want to stop it? Or are you more "comfortable" dealing with them day to day, rather than seeking out the solution?

This question is a little too specific for most people, i think, but i happen to be a very conflicted individual at the moment. I'm interested to know how others go about solving this sort of problem, if at all.
