  • Going shampoo free with long straight hair?

    i have long (to my lower back) extremely straight hair. i've been reading about going shampoo free and i want to try this. can anyone give me any tips? i've heard about using baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and some sort of oil. i would like to know what the measurements should be, i.e., 1 tablespoon of baking soda in one cup of water.

    has anyone tried this before? if so, what are your results and recommendations?
