My brother bought a truck with a clear title, but when he went to get it registered, they're saying it was supposed to be salvaged, but it never was. Now they're wanting to make him pay for a Salvage title. If he had known that the truck was supposed to have a salvage title he never would have bought it. How could the truck have gone without having a Salvage title if it was supposed to. This seems like a load of BS to me.

Why should we pay for someone else's F-up in getting the title switched. We're the ones getting screwed over. If the truck is just now getting the Salvage title, is there anyway we can get the value of the truck, since that is what is supposed to happen when your vehicle is totaled. Someone screwed up somewhere along the line, why should he get screwed over on it? Is there anything we can do to keep the title clear, the truck looks and operates perfect.

Can we can go after the Insurance Co. that totaled it in the first place and make them pay us value of the truck since they screwed it all up?

My Family has 5 vehicles, 1 is mine, 2 are my moms, 1 is my brothers old car, and my brother just bought a new truck.

My brother and I are under my mom's insurance policy. My mom is covered on every vehicle, and I know that I'm covered on my truck for sure. But If I'm under the same policy, am I covered to drive every vehicle we have registered with our Insurance including my brothers, or am I just restricted to the one vehicle? And vice versa for my brother.

Ok, so on Sunday I started running a fever, I took fever reducers, but they didn't help, It was at 104 all the way until Thursday, when I went to the Hospital. They diagnosed me with Pneumonia. But since Wednesday night, I haven't really been able to eat or drink anything because Everything tastes disgusting, whether it's tap water, Bottled water, Sprite, Crackers, Chicken Noodle soup, or Jello. It doesn't matter what It is. Anyone have any Ideas, Is it part of the Pneumonia? I've never had it before, so I was hoping it was just a symptom of that.
