How do you decide what your income would be for small business?
I'm trying to start a video production company. I'm not getting a loan because I don't need it. Once the business start rolling, how do I decide how much to pay myself and how much to my other employees and contractors? I know I have to leave some $$ for the business for tax purposes and if we need new equipment and programs, yadda yadda.
