I live in a mobile home park, the mobile home is mine just rent the lot. I have lived here for almost six years and had my dog a basset hound. The property was recently sold and the new owner out of the blue has come up with his set of rules about dogs. He no longer allows certain breeds. This part does not apply to me, but to many of my neighbors who have been told they have thirty days to get rid of there dogs or be evicted. The part that does apply is that he say's any dogs over twenty pounds will be charged a twenty dollar monthly fee.My question is can he legaly do this as the original rental aggrement makes no mention of pets in any form.I know twenty bucks a month is no big amount but this is a matter of principal. So again is it legal for some yahoo to try to charge me for my own dog that has lived here as long as i have again in my home just his lot., and to tell my friends they have to get rid of there's.

i just got a notice from Kentucky dmv that a civil judgement was brought against me.They said that if i had a KY. licence to send it to them till conditions were met.Now here is my question i have not held a ky licence in over six yrs. I live in another state and hold a licence there.So can they take my licence there for a judgement in Kentucky.

ok you put car in gear to take off and it is in high gear no up shift or down shift it is going into high from get go. linkage is moving through all positions. but it is in od or high at all times. just started this today no warnings.

have an e machine 2600 last time i used card reader when i removed card the green light stayed on as if card was still there won't go off and card reader don't work now light stays on even if you turn computer off help is this a problem with computer it self or a soft ware problem that i can fix.

I am useing windows xp recently when i try to print something get message no print device found do i want to install i tried deleteing printer and reinstalling from disc woint, let me get a message printer spooler not running to turn system of and restart it i do this still same problem need help
