Im in canada and I got charged with theft under $5000... I recieved a diversion from the court, I had to go to a program and make a donation, I completed both of these! My final court date was May 1st and they told me my charge would be stayed for 1 year. I have a trip to mexico for a wedding in august and im wondering; do I have a criminal record?? Will I still be able to go to mexico, or will they stop me at the airport? Im nervous and scares. Please someone answer, thankyou!

Today I stole 2 stickers, 2 air fresheners and a USB car charger (around $45-$50) worth of stuff from Canadian Tire. The security guy caught me, brought me into the back, took my information etc and called he police. The officer read me my rights and gave me a blue piece of paper with a court date and a fingerprint date on it. I am a 19 year old student and this would be my first offence. I'm wondering if someone can answer these questions for me...

1. Will I be going to jail?

2. What sort of consequence am I looking at?

3. Is there any way to get this off my record, or make a deal so it doesn't go on my record?

4. Should i get a lawyer?

5. Will this show up on my record now? Or when/if I am convicted...

6.What is the likelihood of striking a deal or something

I am completely remorseful for what i've done and I feel so guilty... The officer mentionned to me that if I make a plea of "guilty" then I may be eligible for something called a diversion? What is that and what is the likelihood of that happening?

I just bought a 1998 VW Beetle, and when i noticed the mirrow was turned a little too inward I tried to move it out, and i heard a "crack"... Someone had glued the mirror to the platform it sits on... Now it is loose, does anybody know where I can get this glue? Can't afford to pay the $400 it will cost to fix it and I don't want it falling off while I'm driving.

Ive had this bump for about a year, and whenever I pop it, puss doesnt come out, it's more like a white gel if that makes any sense? It will go away for about three weeks then it keeps coming back.... I don't know what it is.. can anyone help

I noticed this morning a red bump on the top of my labia, it doesnt hurt to touch, it's just a red bumb... I've got no "itching" or "tingling" down there... So i've got no idea what it could be, when i took a closer look, there was a hair(normal pubic hair) growing normally out of it, i dont know, could it be an ingrown hair?

I get cold sores around my mouth, so i know the tingly feeling lol and it's not down there and it just looks like a red bump... I don't have a fever, or swollen glands and it's not painful to urinate..

Anyone know what it could be?!

I've been dying my hair dark brown forever (I've got a medium brown naturally) and today I decided to try to dye my hair a dark red because my roots were coming in... (I'm using box dyes I know it's not the best but it's all I can afford, I'm a student lol) so I put the red dye on my head, I washed it off and now my roots are a light red and the rest of My hair is really dark red.... So I'm wondering if I buy a dark brown to a soft black color and put it on my head will it cover it up?! I'm so scared it won't! I don't want this red hair anymore :( will a black dye work???
