I replaced the power supply, power supply cables, and motherboard with new ones. Yes, it is plugged into the outlet. It does turn on briefly, approximately 7 seconds (cpu and fans), but shuts down and restarts again. I do believe I have sufficient power since it had worked before not problem. What could I try?

I applied disc break quiet on my car today. I'm trying to find out if i should drive it off, wipe it off with something, or will I ultimately have to buy new pads.
