This is a clean Word 2010 install and I am not copying between external HDDs. Regardless of whether or not the source is on the same HDD the issue continues. I can't copy tables and all formatting becomes standard when pasted.

The only copy option is text only and I don't know what to do.

A= x*y

Here is where I am stuck, using a calculator to achieve a maximum lies at + or - 49.26 for y and + or - 2.33 for X

Problem says to insert the dimensions in non-decreasing order so whichever way I put them I am still wrong

The problem then asks to find the left and right riemann sums

for an interval of 0-15 ∫ so b=15 and a =0 then delta x = 15-0/n

Problem is I don't know how I'm supposed to get n from the data. Any help?

So I am completely stuck at the beginning of this problem, where you would express a function for the problem.

Anyone with a better reading comprehension want to tell me what I'm even trying to do? This problem's wording is confusing the hell out of me.

It seems like a simple x*y=711 but when you add the margins in that should shrink the print area. IDK any help?

I honestly am a little lost on where to start.

Graphing it on a calculator I see a local maximum at like 1.695

and it drops to 0 at x=3 so I'd classify that as neither minimum or max but still critical.

Basically I have an equation for a lab where we found the slope of a rotating hanging mass.

Equation is Fc (force of known hanging mass) = (4pi^2*m*r)/T^2

All I want to know is what the units of the radius would be. The slope ends up solving as .103 r/T^2

From the lab we know T^2 is seconds^2 but I need to know what r would be. When you convert all the grams to kgs and the cm to m I ended up with results like r1 (for the radius of trial 1) = .121 this would make sense to be in meters because the initial displacement of side post was 12.4cm.

The problem is m/s^2 is an acceleration, but can it also be used for the radius? The class always uses degrees so we never convert to radians.

Any help here I am absolutely lost on what the unit of a slope r/T^2 should be, specially just the r

I solved it down to e^(k-5)x

Finite value defined as k< or = to 0

so solving for it gives me a value of 5

The interval the way I solved it should look like (-infinity,5) however I'm getting it wrong.

Did I misstep somewhere?

So the solution for the slope is -(4x/(9y))

Now the web submit program I'm using asks for a point where the slope is not defined. The only one I can think of is y=0. The web program forces me to enter it in the format (x,y) for a single point, I've tried (x,0) (0,0) none and I really have no idea what it is looking for I set the solution to 0 but all I end up solving is x=0

t = number of years since start of 2000

According to this model how fast is the population growing at the start of 2000 and the start of 2007. Give answer in millions of people

So for 2000:

P(1)-P(0) / 1-0 = .0089 x 100 = .89 million people / year

and for 2007:

P(8) - P(7) / 8 - 7 = .0093 x 100 = .93 million people / year

Just looking for confirmation that I did not make any mistakes as the explanations in my book really suck.

A 0.6 ml dose of a drug is injected into a patient steadily for 0.5 seconds. At the end of this time, the quantity, Q, of the drug in the body starts to decay exponentially at a continuous rate of 0.65 percent per second. Using formulas, express Q as a continuous function of time, t, in seconds.

The problem I have is the exponential decay part.

At .5 seconds the quantity in the blood should be .6ml

So the exponential equation should be (as far as I can see):

Basically I'm a little bit confused on when you use the natural log (ln) versus log base 10 (log10)

So I'm new to this whole cooking thing (college woop woop) and since I'm a genius I put the meat directly into a cold water bath with no protection on the meat.

I'm just curious if I killed the meat quality, and also if I made the meat unsafe!

Why is it not 4(x^2+10) = 4x^2+10?

I got 10x - 8 = 5y

Then: (10x - 8)/5 = y

I don't know where to go

Say I had 9 values on a scale

8 of these values are the same and 1 of them is different.

If the sum of the values read something like 95, is there anyway to definitively know the 9th value?

Or would the variability of the 9th value change the answer (it could be 20 and it could be 30 and the 8 values could vary accordingly)
