she and her husband has been separated for 10 years ( not legally ) she lives in fl and he lives in Nevada and she has spent 1000 of dollars trying to obtain a divorce but he will not sign, I was telling her today and was able to pull it up on line that if something was to happen to either him or her that the other will get the 401k of the other person, so I am wondering about insurance as well, it am just trying to tell her the good thing about him no signing those papers so at least she has something to look forward to, as of right now he has his gf on his ins in case something happens to him and I was thinking that she could fight that they have 2 children together I looked on web site but either I don't know how to word it right or I don't know where to look

a guy i know got caught walking late at night and he had a joint on him, he got a ticket and was suppose to pay it, well there is new program where all he had to pay was 100 bucks and take a course well he never did that a few months later he wreck his Friend car and he has no license he got 2 tickets and one was to go to court he was suppose to also go down to take a drug test he did not do it, nor did he make his court date, what do you think will happen to him ?

there a guy that is living with us, he has borderline intellectual disorder, and depression, he finish high school with a Special diploma, he applied for ssi, here the thing i think he has munchouser syndrome, he says he has seizures and he has a pace maker, but i never saw him have a seizure and his pace maker was suppose to be put in when he was a baby and there is no scar that would have been over 20yrs ago, my daughter is schyco when he went into the mental hospital last month he came out saying he had the same thing as she does, but i looked at his paper work that is how i know what he has, and no i did not snoop he handed it to me, do you think he will get his ssi, he is telling them that he has head tumors, seizures etc

she has been in the mental ward 4 time the last two time was within 2 months time her doctor told her to apply for ssi, so she did but now she wants to go back to school for the 3rd time, and yes her bills are mounting up, she apply for ssi and then for finacail aid for school, can she work can she finish this course on medical billing i hate to tell she can not do it, she just get so mad when i do so i let her do as she wants but i am wondering if she can do this

here is the deal, my daughter age 25 since she was a small child she has had friends she can not see i ask her doctor about it and he said she would be a great writer one day, well fast forward when she was a teen she would spin in her room and talk to her self, now she is 25 she has been hospitalized 4 times, the last 2 times within this month, they told her she has schizo effective disorder and post disorder, her father keeps telling her that it is because she is with a black guy that she is this way but she has only been with him for 4 months, and she was like than for so much longer, he don't believe in mental illness so how do i get him to see that she is not faking this and it is not because of who she is with

they are expecting a child they plan a wedding, don't it ever cross their mind that the reason the other person is marrying them is because there is a child involved? do you think that may cause issues later on because it was not something that was wanted before the child came into question? i know someone like that and with in a few weeks she lost the child. she never wanted to marry and he did not as well but once she was with child they were planning the wedding and when she lost the child the wedding stalled, and they were together 10yrs since she was 17
