What does Salary Including Benefits mean?

I was hired in at a rate and they say that after 90 day my salary will go up to another amount including benefits. However my salary has not gone up. What is going on?

They pay my Health Coverage but shouldn't my pay increase also? I hate to complain about them paying for my health care but the pay is less than I made 10 years ago so I was just wondering?

For the men out there that may read this. Would you breastfeed your child? You know you can right? All it takes it allowing the baby to suckle on the breast for a few minutes a day and you will start producing milk. Research shows that some male milk is higher in protein than a woman's milk is.

So now for the ladies how would you feel if your baby's father wanted to breast feed your child? Would you let him?

Now for the kicker? If you child was born with some kind of sickness that prevented them from getting enough nourishment would you then think about it if you thought it would make your baby stronger? Research shows that babies that are breastfeed are sick less often than babies that are not.

Women now-a-days often choose not to breast feed because it is too much trouble. However, is going to doctors appointments with your child hassle free? So what would it hurt? It would create a bond with the father as it does with the mother.

I am sure my husband would think I am crazy and that it is unnatural for a man to breast feed. Yet I believe that God made us all the way he wanted us and if he didn't want men to be able to provide milk for a child that needed it he would not have given men nipples, areolas or mammary glands.

Well give me some feed back on this please. And please be nice I am just wondering.

She is a faithful woman that doesn't wear make up or jewelry. She is a very sweet and devoted woman and this is the first birthday since me and her only child have been married. I would like to tell her how much she means. However I am at a lost to think of anything. Please help.
