  • what go pro is the best for the price?

so im planning on getting a go pro. I film skate videos, and i wana get shots of snowboarding and some underwater shots as well. basically i want a very durable water proof camera with decent resolution and a wide angle lens. the hero 3 black addition pretty much covers everything i want. in the listed specs it says it has a waterproof housing but the camera itself isnt water proof. should this be a concern? i would hate to some how break my camera while trying to film underwater. are there any go pros where the camera itself is water resistant/proof? do any of you have a go pro you use to film underwater? any helpful information is much appreciated, thank you very much for your time, and have a nice day.

  • can I be charged with a DUI?

last night I was drinking at a friends house and at some point during the night I realized my car was not where I had parked it although I was still in possession of the keys. I went looking for it and got pulled over by the cops. they said I had gotten into an accident and was "fleeing the scene" which was actually quite contrary to the actual situation. they arrested me for a D.U.I although I had not been driving nor was I in the vehicle when they stopped me. im wondering what the likeliness of the charge actually sticking is.... how should I deal with the situation and was I actually comiting any crime other then being drunk in public?

  • how should i deal/ get rid of spam on my yahoo?

so somehow my email has been leaked to a ton spam sites

i get a ridiculous amount of spam emails and i would like it to stop.

is there anyway of doing this without creating a new email address entirely?

since i have soooo many, i would rather not have to delete all of them although, i'm sure i should...

if there is anyway to empty an entire folder? That would be ideal, and also if i can somehow stop the spam emails from being sent to my address that'd be great too. Any info on the subject is highly appreciated.

  • Is it legal to take someone's tips out of their paycheck?

I live in Ca. I know a resteraunt owner who adds up all the tips his employees earn and the subtracts the total out of their paycheck, is this legal?

For example, if you're getting paid 8.50 an hour, and you work for three hours but you make 20 dollars in tips in those 3 hours, does your boss legally only have to pay you 2.50?

  • Is this a DOS? What should I do?

About two months ago my Internet router settings were somehow manipulated and what had been a easily accessible source of wifi suddenly became inaccessable. (It appeared but requested a password I had not created) my land line still worked.

I was told I had been "hacked" and I needed to act fast and accordingly. I spent several hours on the phone with tech support and eventually got my wireless Internet up and running after resetting the router. An hour later my router crashes for good and I'm told I need to replace it. I did the new router lasted a week or so... It eventually crashed too and I had to get yet another one. Since then my Internet has worked mediocrely... Just now I was reading about dos attacks (denial of service attacks) and seeing some parallels....

Could this have been what happened to me?

If so what should I do at this point?

Literally any info would be great and very helpful and very appreciated thanks so much..

  • Is it possible to access someone's router settings via the Internet?

Basically what I'm asking is, is it possible to access the router settings of someone else's computer even if they are on their own network in their own house and I'm no where near them.

Say I were to obtain someone's IP address and they were using an unsecured network.

Could I enter the IP address in the search bar and access their router settings from my computer (which would be using a different router)?

The reason I ask is my network was compromised a few months ago and I don't have neighbors so it must have happened over the Internet as that really is the most logical conclusion.

Since the "attack" my network settings have been changed and security has been established and I've been told not to worry.

  • ................What is Herobrine?

So my gf's little brothers play minecraft obsessively, and have been complaining about herobrine. Apparently he does things that your not supposed to able to do and kills/torments them. I was curious about this mostly cuz it reminded me of the war craft episode of southpark. So I decided to research herobrine and I keep getting results saying herobrine is not real. He's just a myth.

The fact of the matter is there is a herobrine that's attacking these kids and manipulating certain aspects of their game, so more or less this herobrine is very real.

Is it a hacker, a virus on minecraft, or some type of automated character?

Any info would be great, please try to refrain from telling me herobrine isn't real, because whatever I'm referring to is(wether that be the legit "herobrine" or an imposter). Also an explanation of how it got on their pc would be most helpful. Thanks a lot I really appreciate it.

  • What should I do with my life?

Looking at college in the near future, just so I get a sense of independence and self reliance, but I don't know what I want to take.

What are some good options that will keep me busy but also benefit me later in life? Also I'm looking to take half a load so I'm not overwhelmed with school work.

  • Why am I having wireless problems?

About a month ago my wireless network was accessed and the password was changed I resolved the issue and got a new router as it was determined the old one had been infected during the attack, this fixed the problem for about a week then the new router quit producing a signal, apparently it was defective and also needed to be replaced, thankfully I got the warranty and this wasnt a huge deal... Now I have a second brand new router and it's producing a minimal signal and I'm getting weird issues with Xbox live...

Apparently it's not an IP address conflict otherwise I'd have gotten a message? Anyway any information would be great, an extensive answer would be great... I really do appreciate any help you can provide. I'm having minimal issues on more than one wireless device, if someone's using my broad band how do I stop it? Also this is not happening locally but via the Internet...

  • How can I maintain an Xbox live connection?

Recently, ( about a month ago) my wifi routers password was changed, and my network was "hacked"(over the internet) I spent the next few days resolving the issue and eventually got my wireless working after purchasing a new router. A week later the new router crashes and I'm instructed to get another new router. I did and my wireless has been working ever since but I'm having slight issue I hadn't experienced before, one being continuous disconnection from Xbox live. I've been lead to believe this can be an ip address conflict and if that's the case, can this be because of the original hack and how can I avoid further issues? (My xbox worked flawlessly before) Also my yahoo was "compromised" as well and was spamming people but I resolved that as well. Any info on what to do and or expect would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much for your time.
