  • I would like to hear other's opinions on moleskine journals designed for sketching and drawing.?

Do you think that the journals are of good quality and value? If not, what brand do you recommend or prefer? Right now, I pretty much use store brand sketch journals as the price fits my budget. But, if the moleskine journals are really much better quality wise, then I would be willing to save up to purchase one or two to try out. I draw, paint with acrylics and am getting into watercolours. I've managed to acquire good quality acrylics at this point along with artist quality coloured pencils and markers. So, I am building up my art supplies gradually and like to be sure that if I am making a purchase of artist quality supplies, that what I am purchasing is worth the extra money. I shop for deals online and have a good supplier of most materials, but they do not carry moleskines. I see that I can purchase them online through amazon.ca (I'm in Canada). They seem to be affordable, but they are more expensive than what I am using. So, I would really like to hear from others if moleskines are good value for the money or just a status symbol journal.

  • What info should I prepare before seeing an attorney to set up a will & power of attorney?

I am alone with no immediate family. This will be a very basic will, not too involved, majority of what I have will be left to charity. I also need to name an executor, how to choose one? My health is compromised and I want to make sure everything is in order and cannot be overturned by an over zealous family member that could be prone to interfering.
