My boyfriend tried to explain it to me but i need help.

I have a house showing coming up next week and I would like to give my floors a quick shine. But I don’t have a lot of time to do it in. I also do not want to get a buffer. Is there any product that will give the floors a nice shine, quickly, until I can do it properly?

PS. I have never had to care for a wood floor b4 but they are in good condition and are cleaned and I believe striped. Thanks in advance for your help

Help, I am desperate to impress my boss’s son who loves tiramisu, but thinks the whole vegan thing is a little crazy. I want to prove that vegan stuff can be yummy (as we who eat that way all the time, or those (like me) that dabble, already know.)

I would like a recipe that tastes very much like reg. tiramisu, so a tried and true recipe would be better then what I found online. Thanks for the help. Hugs Kuka.

I just wanted to let you all know that since I began my vegetarian diet 2 weeks ago I have lost 4 pounds. I haven’t done anything different other then watching what I eat. I just wanted to say thank you to all of the wonderful people on y/a v&v b/c you guys are really supportive and keep me on track and support me even tho you don’t know your doing it. And to all those meet eaters that troll around in here. Thanks for making me laugh. I know this isn’t much of a question, but I wanted to take a second to say thank you to all of you.

Send me a link of food additives/ingredients that are vegetarian/vegan. I am finding, when reading labels, that I'm not sure if the ingredients are vegetarian or not.

I am very new to the veggie/vegan diet. To clarify. I eat vegan when I can and veggie when i must. My question is why am i so hungry all the time? Am I missing something in my diet (besides meat, for my friend John Q:-) that I need there to help me feel full. I did not pig out when i was a meat eater. Also, I always have healthy snacks on hand that i do eat. Carrot sticks, soy yogurt, fresh fruit salad, Green Tea.
