when I woke up this morning, my itouch was dead for some reason (it had a decent charge last night) and when I tried to power it on it gave me the apple boot logo, I waited a little and it didn't go away (no pinwheel or anything), so i basically waited for it to die, when it did I tried again, only this time it gave me the little red low battery icon and the image that tells you to charge it, I plugged it into the charger and it went back to the apple boot logo shortly after, my computer also doesn't recognize it and nothing seems to work (not even holding the home and power buttons) please help me.

I should also note that my itouch is jailbroken

I have the NEIGHBORS FROM HELL. They are a family of no kidding...at least 20. Each morning I count 14 children ranging in age from 6-16, going to school. All of these people are living above me in a 3-bedroom apartment in our 4 unit building.

Aside from the excessive noise, massive amounts of trash and all of their other disgusting habits, the one that is most alarming is that each morning at 6:30 am the children are outside urinating under my bedroom windows. For the past 6 months I have gone outside or screamed out the window for them to stop, but they don't. In fact, the male children are so pathetic that they stand at the top of the stairs and just urinate over the railing. What if someone were standing under there? The smell is absolutely HORRENDOUS.

I have spoken to the adult renters and still nothing. I have informed the property owner by letter and by phone and he asked if there was a way for me to take a picture of this behavior so that he could have it for evidence when he begins the process of getting these people out of here.

I believe in evidence and paper trails however, because these are children, I don't think that it would be appropriate or legal to take photos of them exposing themselves in public. Any advice?

I would like to take a quick trip to Las Vegas during the last weekend in April and have heard about bus turnaround trips. How does this work? and where would I stay overnight? I need the very best information because I have never done this before and I don't want to be stranded. Thank you in advance for your help.

My ex is from Trinidad and has lived in the United States for at least 15 years. For all of this time he has expressed interest in becoming a citizen and has made a few attempts to do so. Many years ago we stopped just short of our wedding and decided to end our relationship and go our separate ways. Because we share a child, we have managed to remain friends. Anywhoo, he expressed to me today that he is tired of "ducking and dodging" and that he is returning to Trinidad in a few months. My question is: Why could he not acquire American citizenship in 15 years of living here? He has a great job and is of good and moral character...What is the problem? What can I do to help him?

For the past 4 years I have endured living underneath the absolute worst neighbors on the planet. The woman has two grown children who live with her and their boyfriends and their children, as well as two teenage children-in a 3 bedroom unit.

These people are loud and unruly, persistently hang out in front of my apartment eating and leaving their trash on my doorstep, and most recently, broke one of my windows in some teenage brawl.To add insult to injury, for the past year and a half the entire family has started up an illegal drug operation and work at all hours of the day and night peddling drugs on the rental property.

We are all afraid and the owner assures me that he is evicting them however, the tenant is fighting him tooth and nail. Her latest ploy to prevent eviction is to say the she does not reside in the unit. Is this legal? What is really going on? Any light shed on this situation would be greatly appreciated.
