Nastedani

I'm always worried about my kids' safety, if they are on a school trip I have visions of horrible accidents. If they go hiking I envision them being attacked by snakes or other scary animals. If they go for a swim, I think of everything that can go wrong. Am I paranoid or is that just part of being a mom? I don't stop them from any activities or something, they have to go out there, but I wish they were still babies and I could just keep them with me all the time! Normal, or overprotective?

Mom is very tired, so she asks dad to bathe the baby. He agrees so she can get some rest.

After a few minutes mom hears the baby screaming and wailing, she runs to the bathroom and sees dad, holding the baby by its ears and dipping it in the babytub.

Mom is very upset and tells dad to bathe the baby properly, hand under the head, support the back, etc.

He looks at her and says, are you crazy? And burn my hands?!

For telling a racist fanatical idiot off, so should I be proud?

And do you think it's a form of arrogance if English speaking countries don't bother to learn another language? Not judging, just wondering.

Don't you sometimes just wish you were single again and feel guilty about it? Or just miss the excitement of dating new people? Guilty part comes in cause you really do love your hubby.

I have trouble falling asleep, unless I take sleeping pills. That's not really solving the problem though. Does anyone have suggestions?

I got this wedding invite by sms and I thought it was a bit weird.

Or is that socially accepted now?

I need a short but nice way of telling them I really don't want to buy their products.

My inlaws always ask for things, money for example, but never approach me, they always contact my husband directly! He can't say no to them, and they know it! It's driving me crazy, how do I make them stop?
