  • How do I reset the LED display on my Emerson coin counting bank I bought at Kohl's?

I've removed the batteries and waited 5 minutes, 90 minutes, and 12 hours before reinserting them, but I still can't get the LED display to reset to zero. It still shows the previous amount that I cashed in at my local Coinstar facility. Kohl's says to contact Emerson. Emerson does not have email contacts that I could find on their website (and I am too impatient to wait for their phone contacts which are only available from Monday through Friday). Thanks for any help!

  • How can I upgrade from Windows XP to Vista Home Premium?

I go to Windows XP as the upgrade booklet instructs, but when I insert the upgrade disc, my computer keeps rebooting and giving me the screen where I select START WINDOWS MANUALLY or LAST GOOD CONFIGURATION. The Vista Upgrade Adviser suggests Vista Home Basic, but I've already bought and opened Vista Home Premium. These upgrades are ridiculously expensive to not work. Thanks!

  • I've asked Yahoo but they were no help at all. How do I access my email at rocketmail?

Every time I log in, I'm told to go to mail.yahoo.com but when I do that all I get is the page giving me three choices of mail -free, $19.99/yr. , and $35.99/yr. OR I get my profile page, but when I finish updating, it goes right back to the page giving me three choices of mail. I'm getting frustrated over not being able to access my rocketmail account & Yahoo! is/was no help answering my question.

  • I added a 1TB external hard drive to my XP. When I boot up, my 'puter freezes & have to unplug. HELP!?

When I wait for Windows XP to boot up before I plug in the 1TB HD, everything tells me it's working fine. If I try booting up while it's plugged in, my computer freezes at the screen telling me I have Intel Pentium 4 & never boots up. A "friend of a friend" tells me I need to format the new 1TB HD. Is that what I need to do? If not, what do I need to do so I can keep the 1TB HD plugged in AND get my computer to boot up like it normally did before I plugged in the 1TB HD? I don't want to throw away $300 on the silly 1TB HD. HELP ME, please! Thanks!

  • How can I get my online backup on Norton 360 to run completely instead of stalling?

Every time I try to do the backup on Norton 360, it never completes. It runs and runs, then stalls at around 60-70% backup because it loses Internet connection. I'm getting frustrated. Thanks
