  • Is she open to anything at all?

So there's this woman that I've known since high school. We never really hung out til this year and it's only been a few times that we hung out.

She's super busy with her studies, work, and volunteering. (I know that she isn't making excuses because she told me this when we first started catching up again.) But anyway, I've been flirting with her whenever I send her a text to see how she is doing. Like once every week or two.

She told me that she enjoys my company and she cherishes our friendship which is why she doesn't flirt back. She doesn't tell me to stop or anything so I find it kinda weird.

NOTE: Before anyone assumes, yes I do respect that she is busy. Which is why I only text her like once a week or two to see how she is doing.

  • Need an experienced woman's inout please. Thank you?

Me and this girl used to have a thing for eachother but I screwed up and we ended on bad terms. I sent her like 4 messages on facebook the other day and she reads them as soon as she gets them but she won't reply. (I sent each of those messages like 5 - 10 mins apart)

I don't understand why she doesn't just block me or tell me off. The least she could do is just exit the chat bubble on her phone instead of reading it but whatever.

Anybody can give me their thoughts on how she might feel? Thanks

  • Are entry level job positions negotiable?

I applied for multiple positions at a local casino but they wanted me to work in a different department I didn't apply for. I was wondering if the positions (not pay rate) are negotiable? Thanks for anybody that can help.

  • How do I toilet train my baby sister with downs syndrome?

My baby sister is 9 years old and she has down syndrome. For the past several months, she has been taking off her pants and her diaper all by herself sometimes before she pees/poops and sometimes after. Its been extremely tiring trying to teach her because she can't talk (she understands when I talk to her) and the only way I know when she is about to go is when she squats. I've been bringing her and sitting her on the toilet for a few months now but she hasn't shown any improvments. She will sit on the toilet for a few mins but won't use it. However, after she gets off, she'll sometimes go right away. Anyway, if anybody has any suggestions for me then Feel free to post them here. Thank you for your time :)

  • Need advice from the ladies please.?

Should I still try to make things right between me and this one girl? To get to the point, it was her fault that things ended but it was my fault that it ended badly. We haven't talked in almost 2 years but we had a thing going for like 3.

I've sent her a few messages and she read all of them but didn't reply. How do I know? because her friend told me. I don't really know if it means anything.

anyway, I feel horrible for letting things end the way it did.

If you ladies can help me out I would really appreciate it.

    Thank you again

  • Advice from the women please?

I've known this girl for a few months and we recently just started texting. We've only hung out like maybe 4 or 5 times. The problem is she is kind of shy and soft spoken. I Always text her first (she lives out of town) and whenever we text, it doesn't last long because she is sometimes busy doing something and I don't want to be clingy so I cut things off early or I ask if she wants to talk another time which sometimes she answers yes. Anyway, I was wondering if I should be more... Assertive? (Is the best term I can think of) If anybody can give me their advice and explain why, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you :)

  • As a college student with limited capital, where should I consider investing for my future?

So I ve been educating myself on finances and the markets for the past couple years and I ve decided I wanted to start investing towards my future. The 2 problems I have for myself is that I have very limited capital at the moment and I have no one to talk to about these things. I was wondering if I can get some opinions from all of you who have experiences with these kinds of things?

I m mainly looking for something that can give me returns on my long term investments so maybe something like DRIP or Mutual Funds?

Thank you all for your input. I really appreciate it :)

By the way, I do understand that there are risks to investing just like there is to everything else so I would appreciate it if you leave the lecturing out. Thank you.

  • Do video game sales have an affect on the game publisher's stock price?

I'm currently trying to learn about the video game market/business and I was wondering if game sales have any impact on the publisher's stock prices?

Example: Batman: Arkham Knight is being developed by Rocksteady studios and the game's publisher is Warner Bros. If the sales for Arkham Knight missed expectations, does it have an impact on Time Warner Inc? (Ticker: TWX)

Thank you all for your time.

  • uncharted vs the last of us?

So I played the last of us and I love the story, gameplay, and characters but I've never played the uncharted series. I was thinking about picking up the series but I'm not sure if its worth it. I wanted to get people's opinion on how uncharted compares to the last of us when it comes story, gameplay, and characters. Thanks everybody :)

  • Would like advice from the ladies please.?

Me and my friend (a girl) have been friends for over 6 years. We met online so technically we are penpals, but I see her as much more than a penpal. She's someone who helped me through some of the worst times of my life and for that, shes someone who is some ways special to me.

Here is the problem. I stopped talking to her for a year because I was busy readjusting everything that needed to be fixed in my life and I recently messaged her on facebook because I suddenly remembered her when I was going through all the gifts she sent me. Yes I know that is really messed up of me. I feel horrible. Throughout the time that we have not been talking she graduated from university and broke up with her bf of 2 years and I wasn't there for her.

When we were finally chatting on facebook last night, she seemed like she changed. She doesn't joke around/flirt nearly as much and she called me an "internet friend" She also seems more like "I don't give a crap about much anymore." and Yes I know that a year can change a person, but she's not open about things like she used to be.

Anyway, I was wondering if I should just let things go between us or just try to get to know her again slowly? If it is best to let her go, then I will send her one last gift.

Thank you for anybody that can help.

  • Do you need an income to open a checking account at a bank?

I recently lost my job but I still have some money saved in my pre-paid debit. I was wondering if I could open a checking account and store my money in there instead while I continue looking for another job? Thanks for anybody that can help.

Note: I'm 19 years old and have never opened a bank account before.

  • Do I need a bank account to start trading stocks, options, etc?

I'm a complete newbie to investing/trading the markets. I'm trying to learn all I can before I gamble with my money. Anyway, I was wondering if a bank account is necessary for trading? All I have is my prepaid debit card, but I can open up a bank account if trading calls for it. If anybody can help me out with this let me know. Thanks :)

  • How much $$$ should I bring to Vegas?

Me and a few friends are going to vegas in a few months and I was wondering how much money I should bring with me? (Its my first time out of my state sadly) I know that there is no single answer, but I would like to get an idea of the prices there if anybody can share their experiences. I'm planning to check out the night clubs/bars, fancy eateries, and do a little shopping. I don't plan to gamble or go to strip clubs.

Anyway if anybody would like to share their experiences in vegas, then that would help a lot. thanks for reading :)

  • Excess fat or just "unworked muscle?"?

I have been doing intense cardio workouts for a few years now and because I have not been using weights, I kinda look skinny-fat. I recently started using weights and now my body is looking a little better, however my stomach is still a little bulgy. I have to admit that I don't work out my core and my oblique much.

I'm wondering if I should start doing crunches to see if my stomach starts shaping or should I put more emphasis on cardio? I'm already starting to see abs on the right side of my stomach, so I'm hoping it's just unworked muscle like how my upper body was.

Anyway, any workout/fitness gurus out there that can help me out would be great. Thanks :)

By the way, on the accu-measure Body Fat Caliper chart I am on the border of average and above average if that helps.

  • possessing a marijuana card affect my employment chances?

I applied at walmart a few days ago and they said they wanted me, I just had to take a pee test. When I was filling out the information sheet for my drug test, I checked the box that said I have a marijuana card. The thing is, I hardly ever use marijuana. The last time I used it was nearly 4 months ago and I used it for bathing (it helps my insomnia). So does anybody know if it will affect my employment chances? Thanks for anybody that can I help. I live in california by the way if that makes a difference.

  • Tips on how to check in on job application?

I recently just applied for entry level jobs at walmart, mcdonalds, starbucks, etc. I was wondering if anybody can give me tips on how to follow up on my submitted applications? I live in a small wanna be hick town in northern california and there are hardly any job openings here. A lot of people that I have talked to told me to dress like you are going in for an interview, check in everyday, and to continue to check in even if the managers say that they are not hiring because that is their way of testing you to see if you really want the job. Basically bugging them so they will hire you. I'm not even sure if that is true or good advice.

Before anybody judges, I am college student. I need some extra cash coming in so I've spent the past few days applying for jobs online.

Anyway, detailed advice from people with experience is greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch :)
